Amazing
MM528080****The rooms were quite new, the service was good, and most importantly, it was great value for money. The location is also in the heart of the city. I highly recommend staying here; you can even book a private hot spring for an extra fee, which was a wonderful experience.
曾曾Gero Hongyekan Wanboting is really great! In Japan's three famous springs, Geroizumi, the service is very good. There is an open-air bath on the roof of a sister hotel, and there is a car to pick up and drop off at any time from 9 to 12 in the evening, which is very convenient. The water quality is so good, the sun that soaks up the skin will slide down when it falls on it. A wonderful hotel experience! The beauty at the front desk drove me out to buy urgently needed products when I was in an emergency. Every detail was great. The Japanese-style room was also spacious. I really like this place. I will definitely go again if I have a chance, and I will definitely stay here again. hotel. Breakfast is included, and the environment and ceremony are very beautiful! The hotel itself has indoor and outdoor hot springs. When it snows, get up early in the morning to soak in that outdoor hot spring, which is quiet and beautiful! Its sister pavilion has a very strange inclined elevator, and the hot spring water is the smoothest I have ever soaked in.
GGuest UserIt’s a small Onsen with few rooms but that made our stay more relaxing and comfortable. Attentive services with an eagerness to explain everything to you despite the language barrier. The outdoor private Onsen was a plus that we enjoyed very much. The downside was the aged room and toilet we got. However, this was compensated by the food that was absolutely fantastic and unsuspectly filling 😋
GGuest UserThe hot spring was lovely and very relaxing, but the food was really mediocre. We had the 'one night, two meals' package, and while dinner had many courses, similar to a Kaiseki meal, the taste was just plain average. The combinations were strange. I'd recommend staying here, but definitely eat elsewhere. As for the claw machines inside, it's impossible to win a doll.
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the river, a little distance from the Gerv Hot Spring Street, the gate is closed at 6 pm, it is not convenient to enter the door, the dinner is actually Western food, not very delicious, the double room is a 150 bed, friends travel is not convenient, 2000+ room rate is not recommended to live here, hot springs are OK, It is the most cost-effective hotel on this trip to Japan.
橙橙色空間Gero Onsen is located in one of Japan's three most famous hot springs and is famous for its high-quality hot spring water and beautiful natural environment. I had a great experience staying at a traditional ryokan in Gero Onsen.
First of all, the hotel's architectural style combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comfort facilities, making people feel a strong Japanese style as soon as they step in. The service staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly. They provided me with attentive service in fluent Japanese and some English, making me feel at home.
Next is the hot spring experience. The water of Gero Hot Spring is clear and rich in minerals, which has a good nourishing effect on the skin. I particularly like bathing in the open-air hot springs, especially at night. While enjoying the warm spring water and looking up at the stars, the feeling of tranquility and relaxation is indescribable.
Dinner is another highlight. The kaiseki cuisine provided by the hotel is exquisite and delicious. Each dish is a work of art. It is not only delicious in color, aroma and taste, but also has fresh ingredients, which fully demonstrates the charm of Japanese cuisine.
Overall, my stay at Gero Onsen was very good. I was deeply impressed by the hot springs, service and food. It was an unforgettable travel experience.
GGuest UserI rented a car and went. It's located in a place that's a bit difficult to get to without one. I think there's a bus, but it took about 20 minutes by car from Gero Central.
There's an open-air hot spring and the facilities are nice. I stayed for one night and both dinner and breakfast were delicious.
It would probably be better for a couple or a group of friends rather than going alone. There's also a large banquet hall, but I didn't use it so I'm not sure.
BBrianLau1006First, the food was pretty good. You can pre-order an extra menu for dinner; check the hotel's official website for details. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style, and you can sit anywhere.
The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient; the entire walk from Gero is uphill and exhausting. You can book a shuttle bus or take a taxi; it's about a 3-4 minute walk.
This time, I chose a room with a private open-air hot spring bath, which was very comfortable. The large public bath on the second floor is also quite spacious.
The hotel has a complimentary relaxation area where you can sample plum wine and fruit juice popsicles. There are massage chairs on the first floor for 300 yen for 15 minutes. The lounge on the second floor has complimentary foot massagers.
WWilliamW1999In fact, it is actually the other hall of Yating. There are 8 rooms in total, each with a private soup pool. When checkingin, there is an exclusive butler to guide all the way. 2.7 points are absolutely not allowed. Dinner is also very good.
