"The scenery is very good, but there is no service. No one tells you how to get there, and no one picks you up. You have to carry your luggage to the front desk in the rain. The road from the parking lot to the homestay is really narrow and steep, which is very inconvenient. The entire homestay should be run by family members. Customers walk around, and they all have stern faces and are full of hatred. The whole homestay is filled with the smell of food at night because the family of the homestay had dinner in the lobby on the first floor. When I asked the front desk some questions, they couldn't answer me. I asked them to point the way, and then they really sat down and pointed. There is also a hot spring. Thank you very much for changing the time for us, but there was no one to lead the way to the hot spring. The smoke from the hot spring stove could not go out of the chimney, and the whole smoke filled the whole hot spring room. The hot spring water is very shallow and the temperature is not high. After soaking for more than half an hour, the fire in the stove went out. It's terrible. The temperature in the mountains is below zero. I suggest that the boss go out more to see the service outside and improve it, otherwise this location and scenery will be wasted. I give three points entirely because of the scenery. 1600+ a night, the breakfast is worse than the express, and it's just one business"

"The room is spacious and has a sense of design, but the curtains and top glass of the moon-viewing ceiling need to be cleaned more frequently. Because the glass is not very clean, the starry sky cannot be perfectly displayed in front of us, which is a pity. This time, I traveled in winter during off-peak hours, so I was more concerned about the indoor temperature. The second floor is warmer, but the room temperature on the first floor is always not ideal. The temperature control panel only shows a maximum of 16 degrees. It is easy to catch a cold if you bathe and wash on the first floor. I hope there will be improvements in the future. Housekeeper experience: The housekeeper sister is super nice. She accompanied the bonfire and fireworks experience throughout the whole process, and took photos and group photos. I like her skills👍🏻👍🏻 Want to participate You can make an appointment for activities one day in advance; breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is quite considerate; any needs can be solved by the housekeeper, and the overall experience is quite satisfactory. It is troublesome to eat outside the B&B. I heard that the nearby B&Bs are now managed by Baiyang Village, so they save costs and serve as a unified restaurant. Although it can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, it is still not as suitable for customer needs as when Yaojia was in operation. At that time, the restaurant and bar environment by the swimming pool and other aspects would be more suitable for the word ”wild luxury”. The overall hotel experience is relatively good, and the housekeeper sister specifically praised it!"
