My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."

One of the few places that not only recognized TE status, but actually offered an upgrade. Edward at the front desk reminded me of the service at 5 star hotels, which is rare at roadside hotels."

"There was one large problem but everything else about the stay was as expected.  The room was clean, I was greeted cordially and the breakfast was limited but tasty.  The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor.  No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future.  I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm."
