The balcony directly faces Silver Beach, allowing you to listen to the sound of the tides both morning and night, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments! The staff were warm and enthusiastic, patiently listening to guests' requests and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!!

RremmberThe hotel is very close to the pier and Silver Beach. The waiters are very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Lao and Xiao Liang, who introduced local food and attractions. The swimming pool has clear water and a good environment. There is a bubble bath at night. The room is clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping lady is also very considerate. I was particularly surprised that because we had a lot of laundry, she specially prepared a clothes drying rack for us. The breakfast buffet tasted good. It is a good hotel.

SShadiespiritI had a great stay with Yezi apartment hotel. I had a great view of the sea and city. The apartment is close to old town where we often went for dessert and food. There are plethora of restaurants around. Honestly, you will not go hungry in this city. Great fresh seafood choices.
We were often in Silver and Gangqiao beach which is quite far with 20-30 minutes cab ride.
Otherwise, this hotel is convenient and clean.

Ffree****The hotel's location is super close to the Guizhou Road seafood market, within walking distance. There are shared electric scooters right downstairs, which are really convenient for exploring the old town.
The hotel service was excellent, really great, and they even upgraded my room.
The monk fruit tea in the lobby was delicious.
The smart control system in the room was very convenient.
The only slight downside was that it was a bit noisy downstairs with people singing.
Homestays in Beihai can be hit or miss, so having hotel service guarantees a better experience.
It was great, I'll definitely come back again.

I was really drawn to the resort vibe of the Sheraton's sea view rooms, so I chose to stay here. On the first day, I躺 in bed and witnessed a stunning sunset. I found the transportation to be very convenient, and food delivery was also available. It's an excellent choice for families traveling with children. Overall, I highly recommend it. Looking forward to an even more beautiful sunset and afterglow tomorrow! 🌅

From the warm and efficient check-in process by the receptionists Xiao Gao, Xiao Jing, and Xiao Jiao, to the thoughtful housekeeping staff tidying up the room and replenishing amenities, everything made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly all night. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

LLEOW KIAN WOONI had a fantastic stay at this北海海悦. The location was near to Beihai Railway Station convenient and central for major attractions. There are little dirty spot marks at the carpet and other then are well-maintained. The housekeeping staff ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep. There were two washing machines and two dryers that were free to utilize. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

From its location and facilities to the service, everything perfectly met my vacation needs, making it a hidden gem right by Silver Beach.
The location is truly unbeatable! It's just a few minutes' walk to the core area of Silver Beach, making it super convenient to walk barefoot on the white sandy beach and watch the sunrise and sunset. The hotel's back door leads directly to the scenic area entrance, saving you the hassle of commuting. It's only a 5-minute drive to Qiaogang Style Street, which is incredibly convenient for enjoying seafood stalls and Vietnamese snacks. It's also close to the International Passenger Port, making it a stress-free option if you plan to visit Weizhou Island. The front desk even kindly shares tips to avoid common pitfalls and travel routes.

Facilities:
The hotel has a good number of facilities, but many were closed or unsuitable for use during the off-season. There's a popular parent-child water park and other family-friendly spaces, as well as an art museum, a museum, and a giant screen cinema. There are also many dining options, though the per-person cost is quite high.
The room is quite spacious, with an entryway garden outside providing a washing machine and drying area. There's also a balcony with sea views.
Cleanliness:
Stayed for 4 days, and the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough. The public areas, however, were well-maintained.
Environment:
The entire hotel has an artistic ambiance, making it feel like you're staying in an art museum. It's very photogenic within the resort. Staying in a sea-view room, you can enjoy a combined view of the river and the sea, offering a wide and beautiful vista.
Service:
Overall, there wasn't much in terms of service. Each day, we received one complimentary 'Luojing Commune | Good Morning Coffee' (Americano or latte). When going to the gym, I didn't encounter anyone who greeted me on the way.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very new, the air conditioning is very powerful, everyone from the front desk to the room aunt to the breakfast aunt are very warm and polite, they greet each other actively when they meet, which is great. The hotel is in a good location, the old street is across the alley in front of the hotel, and the sea is behind the hotel. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for driving in and out. It is still a little far from Silver Beach, but Didi is very convenient to go back and forth, and orders are also accepted in seconds during the May Day holiday.
