Excellent
GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!
HHUANG JUNGSHENThe housekeeping staff were sincere and promptly addressed guests' issues. The concierge team created unforgettable memories and happy times for guests. The hot spring bath in the room was large enough for the whole family to enjoy together, laughing and having a great time. Thank you, Phoenix Hotel, for your thoughtful arrangements and hospitality. The food has improved significantly, it's truly refreshing and a huge step up from six months ago – a testament to diligent management and operation. This time, I hosted foreign friends, and they were all amazed. Thank you all!

GGuest UserHotel Hanmu has always been my favorite hotel. I make sure to stay here once a month. The environment is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. However, I was a little disappointed this time because my room was on a lower floor, and directly across the hallway was the staff's laundry and supply room. I was woken up around 7:30 AM by the constant 'ding-ding-ding' sound of the doorbell outside in the corridor. This was the most uncomfortable stay I've ever had here!

Very Good
DDKDKPros:
1. The sea view from the suite is excellent.
2. The room is spacious.
3. The breakfast is delicious with many local specialties.
4. Close to the beach.
5. The amenities like the game room, pool, and trampoline are great.
6. The plaza is very nice, and the view is fantastic when you walk around it.
Areas for improvement:
1. At breakfast, as soon as we sat down, a staff member told us with a stern face that we could only eat for 90 minutes. This felt extremely poor. For the price of the room, both the attitude and the rule were very uncomfortable. Few people eat breakfast for 90 minutes, so why bother?
2. The sea view suite lacked a coffee machine, the lighting was dim, and small details like bath bag liners for the tub were missing, which felt inadequate.
GGuest UserThird visit to the Landis Resort & Spa for a family trip!
Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️
SsamohiI really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

GGuest UserChecked in on Jan 31st and checked out on Feb 3rd. The breakfast and service were excellent. The only minor issue was the air conditioning. It was quite cool during my stay, but the room's AC control was extremely unsatisfactory. Even with the fan or heating set to 30 degrees Celsius, the actual temperature remained around 23 degrees. I asked the front desk for assistance, but it couldn't be resolved.

AAnonymous UserA friendly hotel, with polite, welcoming staff. The rooms had great WiFi, large TV and as others have said an amazing Japanese style hot spring bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, snacks during the day (including wine)and trekking nearby.
The rooms unfortunately had thin walls/doors so you could hear people around you, beds were small and quite uncomfortable and the ac in the room did not provide heating so we found it quite cold. The dehumidifier in the room was also very loud.
Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they made it clear of egg options available. I found it strange the local hot springs were public right outside, this made it seem less secure that anyone can walk in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe Mu'en International (old building) feels a bit dated compared to the adjacent Mu'en Far Eastern (new building), which is noticeable in the in-room hot spring tub and shower facilities. However, the rooms in the old building are more spacious than those in the new one. Both buildings share the same breakfast area and parking lot. This time, I stayed in a 4-person room in the old building. The room was large, and so was the hot tub. Just a heads up, the slippers provided in the room aren't disposable, so if that bothers you, it's more convenient to bring your own.

AAnonymous UserCons: The room had mismatched beds (one large, one small). The overall decor felt very dated, almost from the last century. The room lighting was dim, and the bedside outlets had low voltage, causing power banks and phones to charge extremely slowly. The bathroom was quite small, making it difficult for a larger person to turn around comfortably, and there weren't enough bath mats.
Pros: The location is excellent, directly opposite Dongmen Night Market. There's a McDonald's right next door, and a laundry shop and Watsons are conveniently located nearby. They offer complimentary bicycle rentals, and we even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out. The staff provided excellent service, offering a map and helpful local recommendations.
