"In the past, I stayed at a hot spring hotel in Jiaoxi. This time I chose an affordable hot spring hotel, mainly because it was renovated and renovated in April this year. There are not many rooms, so it is not complicated and noisy, and the location is very good. Convenient, there are many gourmet restaurants and souvenir shops around, making it convenient for tourists to eat, drink and have fun.
When checking in on the day, first go to the exclusive parking lot opposite the hotel and park your car. The landlady warmly greets you and makes you feel at home. When you enter the room, you will find that it is exquisitely decorated, the bathroom is spacious and has a large double bathtub, where two people can chat in the hot springs, and an extra large double bed A comfortable and good sleep makes people have a good night's sleep. In addition to providing supplies, they also provide snacks, tea bags and coffee bags, which is quite considerate.
I read the negative reviews left by travelers before. It turned out to be old reviews from 5 years ago before they were renovated. Fortunately, the newly renovated Luoyu Hot Spring Hotel is refreshing and makes my stay quite comfortable. In short, this time I am very satisfied with my accommodation experience and look forward to coming back next time!"

AAnonymous UserI've stayed here so many times! After comparing a few places, I still prefer this one because the facilities are very complete. Plus, the room I got this time was even bigger than last time.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Service: The security guards at the entrance are very nice, polite, and provide excellent service.
Free mini-bar: They even provide Yilan's local specialty ox-tongue pastries and Sanxing scallion crackers!
Handicraft workshop: This time I made a woven bracelet.

GGuest UserThe slow-living spa facilities are absolutely fantastic! You barely need to bring anything. Just grab a towel at the front desk, and inside there are slippers for you to change into. For showering, they provide not only body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but even makeup remover and facial cleanser. In the vanity area, you'll find combs, cotton swabs, hair ties, and body lotion.
There are five main hot spring pools, each with a different theme, plus a fish spa pool where little fish nibble at your feet. Indoors, there's a cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a sauna. A great feature is that both the steam room and sauna are separated by gender.
They also offer complimentary iced smoothies, cold drinks, barley tea, and hot ginger tea. The hot ginger tea is sweet and delicious!

GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth and easy. We parked in the underground garage (not too many spaces - but it never filled up during our stay). We arrived a few hours before the check-in time. While we waited in the lobby, front desk staff came to our seats to complete our checkin-in, and explain the facilities. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was a private hot tub on the balcony, 2 rooftop pools, drinking water dispensers throughout, and a small yoga studio. There are a lot of eateries in the area, as well as several 7-11's and Family Marts. Our accommodation package included a good breakfast buffet, and a very nice hotpot dinner with lobster, scallops, sliced fish, excellent beef, noodles, and ample vegetables & enoki's. I highly recommend including both meals in your room package.

WWind Thunder King KongRoom is clean but small. The chubby lady checking us in didn't show any hospitality. We checked in on an unbusy weekday, yet she put us in a room close to the main road with cars passing by with noises. The window insulation was poorly done, and not sound proof at all. The chubby lady never greeted us the whole time, not even a smile. Everytime we saw her, she turned her face, very cold. We didn't feel welcomed. When we checked out the next day, a different lady, much thinner and prettier, was very cheerful though. She was very polite. It would have been a nicer experience had we were served by her upon checking in.

JJosh_Chuarecently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest.
The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional.
Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping.
Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

Downstairs from the hotel, there are many food stalls and souvenir shops, making the location excellent.
Hotel service: The staff were very friendly and helped us store our luggage, and explained how to use the public baths. The public baths switch locations daily, so we got to try both of them.
Room hygiene: The room wasn't very spacious, but the bathroom was very clean, and the in-room hot spring bath was great.

Pool was great. Only exception was during the day it was unusable when sunny which defeats the purpose of a pool but we used it on the cloudy days.
Rooms were big and clean. Staff was friendly and kind to children
Only thing is to stay away from dinner buffet. That wasn’t a good experience but the free breakfast was standard. I hope the teppanyaki and other places were better than the dinner buffet

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.

Staff: While the staff's English was limited and no Japanese was spoken, they made a genuine effort to communicate effectively using smartphone translation apps. We encountered no issues whatsoever.
Hot Spring: Absolutely fantastic! The hot spring water had a slightly cloudy, almost silky texture that left my skin feeling incredibly smooth afterward. The onsen facility itself was thoughtfully designed, featuring excellent ventilation and strong water flow, which encouraged me to enjoy multiple soaks. The large windows created a bright and open atmosphere during the day and a wonderfully tranquil mood at night, truly enhancing the entire hot spring experience. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Jiaoxi Onsen!
