"The owner was very kind and helped carry the luggage to the third floor! The hot tub is big enough and the water comes out quickly! The room is neat and clean, just next to Jiaoxi Street, so shopping and dining are very convenient! There is heating and cooling air conditioning, which is very convenient!
The shower head for bathing is too high, making it very inconvenient to take a shower! There are no medium or small towels in the bathroom, so bring your own! It is more difficult for the elderly to go up to the third floor!"

GGuest UserThe slow-living spa facilities are absolutely fantastic! You barely need to bring anything. Just grab a towel at the front desk, and inside there are slippers for you to change into. For showering, they provide not only body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but even makeup remover and facial cleanser. In the vanity area, you'll find combs, cotton swabs, hair ties, and body lotion.
There are five main hot spring pools, each with a different theme, plus a fish spa pool where little fish nibble at your feet. Indoors, there's a cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a sauna. A great feature is that both the steam room and sauna are separated by gender.
They also offer complimentary iced smoothies, cold drinks, barley tea, and hot ginger tea. The hot ginger tea is sweet and delicious!

GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth and easy. We parked in the underground garage (not too many spaces - but it never filled up during our stay). We arrived a few hours before the check-in time. While we waited in the lobby, front desk staff came to our seats to complete our checkin-in, and explain the facilities. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was a private hot tub on the balcony, 2 rooftop pools, drinking water dispensers throughout, and a small yoga studio. There are a lot of eateries in the area, as well as several 7-11's and Family Marts. Our accommodation package included a good breakfast buffet, and a very nice hotpot dinner with lobster, scallops, sliced fish, excellent beef, noodles, and ample vegetables & enoki's. I highly recommend including both meals in your room package.

Ttheexplorerexploresthe hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!

Ppiyaeric chenThis seems to be a fairly new hot spring hotel. The overall vibe is simple and stylish, and the staff are very Taiwanese-style warm and attentive, which makes traveling back home feel really relaxing. The only downside is that the room is quite small, but land prices in this hot spring town are probably high, so it’s understandable. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again next time.

Yyuyu0801A very pleasant hotel for families. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner are highly recommended. It's very relaxing and you can spend the entire day in the hotel. There are also plenty of shops and snacks nearby.

AAnonymous UserWe, two adults and one child (6 years old), stayed in a city view double room on the 15th floor. Here are our thoughts:
1) The room was a bit small... there wasn't much floor space. After putting down two suitcases, there was hardly any room to walk around.
2) The bathroom door, when opening and closing, and the glass shower door made quite a loud scraping noise. If you needed to use the restroom at night, it would definitely wake up others in the room.
3) The area under the bed wasn't thoroughly cleaned; there was a visible layer of dust.
4) The in-room hot spring tub had a slight hint of moss (not very obvious).
The hot spring facilities on the 3rd floor, however, were excellent and great for kids. There's also a swimming pool. We happened to visit during the rainy season, so we were very glad to have indoor hot springs where our child could play.
The location is fantastic. We didn't purchase breakfast vouchers, and there are many eateries nearby. There's a Starbucks next door, and the bread from the bakery downstairs at the Garmalan Hotel is delicious.
Overall, it offers good value for money. Housekeeping changed towels and replenished drinks and cookies daily. Aside from being slightly a bit dated, everything else was generally okay.

Pool was great. Only exception was during the day it was unusable when sunny which defeats the purpose of a pool but we used it on the cloudy days.
Rooms were big and clean. Staff was friendly and kind to children
Only thing is to stay away from dinner buffet. That wasn’t a good experience but the free breakfast was standard. I hope the teppanyaki and other places were better than the dinner buffet

相相相寶貝I had a pleasant experience during my recent stay at 58°C Tangyuan Hot Spring Hotel in Jiaoxi, Yilan. While the room wasn't huge, it was quite comfortable overall. The in-room hot spring tub was well-designed, and the hot water came out quickly, allowing for an instant hot spring experience without a long wait.
The location is incredibly convenient. A bustling night market is right outside the hotel, offering numerous food choices. Plus, the famous 'Fish Spa' is just a short walk away. This superb location is definitely a major highlight. The price of the stay was quite reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
It's worth noting that check-out time is at 12 PM (noon), an hour later than most hotels, which allows you to get ready at a relaxed pace in the morning without feeling rushed.
Overall, with its excellent location and reasonable pricing, it's perfect for travelers visiting Jiaoxi who want to enjoy both hot springs and the night market.

The service staff is very polite
The environment is not bad because the pillow has a lot of hair, about 3 long hairs, and we haven’t used it yet.

Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits)
When we arrived, it was around 17:30 and the service staff asked you to have some snacks.
It’s actually past snack time and I’m just a little hungry😋
Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ＜Not far away within 50 meters＞
