TTINGYUThe room is small and clean. Although the bathroom and toilet are outside, it is newly decorated and very clean. I get up outside during the day and wash it. There is a fresh feeling of coming to the country. It is very comfortable and pleasant.

The meals are delicious and there are many ingredients on the ground, and the outdoor space in the city is also large to let children run and play with confidence. The room is clean, the sound insulation is very good, it would be better if the light is stronger!
Although only stayed for one night, the experience was very good. If you have the opportunity, you will consider booking again!

AAnonymous UserThe room and public facilities are very complete, the overall atmosphere is very warm, the environment is very clean and tidy, the only three shortcomings should be that the bed is not good to sleep, the pillow is too flat, the sound insulation is not very good, the dog barking outside can be heard, so in fact, I didn't sleep well, the bathtub is large, But the water from the faucet is too small, if you want to take a bath, it takes a long time to release the water.

GGuest UserThe views are amazing, and the shared kitchen is super practical! They have a great variety of beautiful utensils, perfect for cooking simple meals. They even provide a corkscrew. On the first floor, the common area has a first-aid kit and plays soothing music. Besides a Marshall speaker and a Dyson hairdryer, they thoughtfully provide facial masks, sanitary pads, panty liners, and bath salts in the room. The tea bags are even Twinings! ✨ Breakfast is delivered to your room, and I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast (we both thought it was better). My only small suggestion would be to add conditioner, but overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.

MMeiThe comfort/cleanliness of the family room for 4 people is average - the location is relatively close to Suao Port - it is more than 10 minutes' walk from Suao Railway Station, right? It's close! There are 7-11 supermarkets nearby - 7-11 + FamilyMart two supermarkets in the direction of the train station.
There is a Lairfu supermarket behind the station!
There are no disposable toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room!
But there is one at the counter - if you don’t bring it, you can take it and use it!
In the room - coffee/tea bags/bottled water/instant boiling pot/towels and bath towels are provided
Comes with a quick boiling kettle - there is no adapter 3 to 2, you need to ask for an adapter at the counter!
There is no adapter attached. After using it, the tenant has to take it and return it after check-out.
Really bad! # I was even called to ask for ”adapters”~ It was very unpleasant!
The housekeeping staff haven't tidied up the room yet~ The front desk is in a hurry to find it! Very funny!
