"Came here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case.
The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug..
Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!"

KKapi38Though the location is a bit inconvenient and there's no convenient shop nearby, it really served as a getaway from the city. The room is a bit small, especially the toilet, but the view is marvellous. As for the buffet, it's decent but not much changes for the 3d2n stay. There's diy workshop and evening performances to keep you accompanied for the day. In addition, the open-air hot spring bath is a must to go.

About a 10-minute walk to the alley entrance where there's a FamilyMart.
Parking available.
The guesthouse is beautifully designed; the first floor has a reception desk and a restaurant.
Breakfast is Chinese-style porridge and toast. The selection isn't huge, but the food is delicious.
The campervan I stayed in was small but fully equipped.
Bathroom and toilet were included. Hot water came quickly. The soundproofing was better than I expected. It's near the railway, so you can clearly see trains passing by. The train noise and vibration were acceptable. They provided Yilan-style ox-tongue biscuits.
It was a unique accommodation experience.

GGuest UserSilks Place Hotel is a true paradise for kids, offering electric cars, trampolines, games, unlimited drinks, and snacks. The guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with amenities. The vast majority of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also booked the renowned 'Red House' roast duck meal, which was absolutely delicious! Definitely worth recommending!

HHolliangelGreat experience, the indoor and outdoor hot springs and cold springs and swimming pools are very comfortable and beautiful, there are many lounge chairs, and you can also enjoy the outdoor pool at night, which is really comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is a set menu and it's very good. The only drawback is that the bed in the room is a bit small. Everything else is perfect and I would like to go again!

AAnonymous UserThe room and bathtub were both very spacious, and the environment was clean and tidy. There's parking available for both cars and scooters. Staying on the 8th floor, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows would probably be beautiful on a clear day, allowing you to enjoy the scenery right from bed. It's just a shame it was rainy when I visited. Overall, it was a great experience! I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the sound of water running, so the soundproofing is excellent!

三三寶媽余小魚We booked two twin rooms this time. Our family of five stayed in one room. However, because there were only two of us, we added an additional 1,800 yuan for two children including breakfast, which was reasonable. B1 has a swimming pool and billiards, a gym, and an area for small children. The electric car for small children is 200 yuan for 30 minutes. Overall, it was relaxing. There was a public outdoor nude hot spring on the first floor, and there was a midnight snack of braised pork rice and rice taimu at 9:45 pm for a limited time of 30 minutes. The environment was beautiful. It was my first time staying at the Westin Hotel and I would visit again!

It provides excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again. It's ideal for both leisure and business trips.

SShirlyn91The breakfast selection is limited with little changes. Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff.
