GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely wonderful—truly beyond expectations! Every little detail kept surprising us in the best way. The level of care and thoughtfulness throughout the hotel really stood out.
The room amenities were exceptional, from the Dyson hair dryer to the luxurious L’Occitane products throughout. They even provided a cute little bag for us to take everything home, which was such a thoughtful touch!
What made the experience even more special was the incredible team. Every staff member, from reception to the cleaning team and activity hosts, was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
There were also countless activities for children, which made it perfect for families, while still offering great options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return again!

BBenjo8The location was very peaceful and not too far from the Main Street of Jiaoxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a very nice live music performance in the evening. The pool area was nice, and the hot spring private areas were sufficient. The breakfast and dinner buffet I would say is one of the best in Jiaoxi in terms of the Spa hotels and the rooms were well sound insulated. We would definitely come again and my infant certainly enjoyed it. One of the more expensive hot spring hotels in Jiaoxi but if you want a quiet and peaceful few days with activities, good food and with easy access to the mountains for a nice walk I would recommend this place. Minor criticism for the rooms I would say is the cleanliness. There were slight dust in places and because there is carpet, and if you’re prone to dust allergy be prepared. Saying that if they have a room without carpet that would be perfect, but nonetheless, we would definitely come again.

GGuest UserWhile staying here, you can use the various outdoor hot spring facilities. It's a shame the weather suddenly turned too cold, so we didn't get to use the children's facilities in the swimming pool. Even though it's a heated kids' pool, it's outdoors, so it was still quite chilly. However, there are plenty of other hot spring pools, as well as steam rooms and saunas, so you can soak from morning till night 😬.
The best part was that breakfast is served until 1 PM. You can enjoy it after a morning soak in the hot springs, or sleep in a bit longer and then head down. The latest you can enjoy it is 1 PM, and then you can head off to explore other places after eating! 😍
The kids had a blast!

LLu Kuan-LunThe hot tub in the room is in an open-air space, which is something to be aware of when booking. The tub is large enough for two people to lie in simultaneously, quite spacious but not very deep. The large floor-toceiling windows offer a fantastic view. Parking is conveniently located just across the street. Tangweigou Park is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The Chinese-style porridge for breakfast was just average. There's no place to hang clothes in the bathroom.

Every time, my family eagerly requests to celebrate birthdays at this wonderful place. My parents can relax in the hot springs, and the kids can happily splash around in the pool. Special thanks to the attentive hotel service and the professional lifeguards for their care. Everyone had a fantastic time!
There's also a stunning beach nearby for a lovely stroll. And I highly recommend Fumei Seafood Restaurant. It was another relaxing and perfect trip! ❤️❤️

SsamohiI really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well located, very close to the train, bus station, shops and restaurants, and the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park (about 12 minutes walk). The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including preloaded movies, streaming, a huge bathtub, and a shower. The bed was so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. The onsen was heavenly (bring a swimsuit and swimcap if you want to partake). I wish there were more signs about opening hours for breakfast and the onsen. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

엽엽한량Aside from the regrettable spa facilities management, I'm satisfied with the room condition and location. Compared to nearby hotels, the customer service during check-in was quite lacking, and the breakfast was also disappointing for the price. However, if they can improve the spa management, which is their strong point, it's a hotel I would recommend.

Kkarenng417The window sill in my room was quite dusty and hadn't been cleaned, but overall the hygiene was good. The environment was quiet and relaxing, probably because I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many people and it wasn't too noisy.
The breakfast selection was alright, nothing particularly special or surprising. The staff at the entrance and in the restaurant were very helpful in assisting guests with their issues, so the service was good.
There's a convenience store just a short walk to the right outside the hotel. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, there are still places to eat nearby. The public hot spring was closed, but luckily, there's a hot spring tub in the room.

萊萊肯The hotel is in a great location, very close to Jiaoxi Station, and only 3 minutes walk from the station. The only drawback is that it takes time to manually write documents. Room cards and accommodation details are only issued to guests in groups when the time is up. It is recommended to print a sheet of instructions directly for the guests, so as not to waste so much time.
The price is OK, because it includes the outdoor hot spring and breakfast. The temperature of the outdoor hot spring is a little low. It was very cold when we checked in, and the outdoor hot spring was only 36 degrees.
But overall it's not bad.
