GGuest UserAlmost perfect, except for the price! The room was super clean, and my kids absolutely loved it. Being able to drive the car right into the room was a huge plus, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually came to Taiwan just for this hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint! My only regret is that we only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights; I wish I had booked our entire trip here.

GGuest UserThe room was comfy and spacious! My only minor gripe is that I wish there was an extra blanket, because the bed is so big that my partner and I kept fighting over the single one, haha. The dinner and breakfast buffets were incredibly diverse and filling – we ate so much! It rained all day, so we ended up staying in the hotel, but we didn't get bored at all. There were so many activities for both adults and kids to enjoy. Thumbs up! 👍

MMontagnenoirWe chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

DDior_830♨️ Yilan Jiaoxi, this seems to be a newly opened hotel. The decor is beautiful and quite refined, and the staff are excellent! The room is very large and clean. What particularly stood out to me was that the room was too cold (lol), so I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up. They thoughtfully provided a heater, which made the room incredibly warm (I was surprised!). I slept so well that night!

EejThe location of the hotel is very convenient, just five minutes' walk from the train station. The room is well organized, the facilities are great, the hot springs are available, and the playroom is open in the evening. The children had a lot of fun. The breakfast is also rich and has quite a lot of choices. Families who get up late can check out first and then eat slowly until 13:00.

CClaudia xuanCame here once in a colder weather precovid. Facilities as good as I remembered, but coming in summer this time, I expected more cold suana pool then hot ones. Unfortunately that's not the case.
The hotel is decent but might need some upgrading (it looked the same over the years but somethings looked abit worn out/rusty). We came in group of 10 (5 rooms) and one room has bed bug..
Decent spread for the buffet breakfast. Close to train station and with many food options around!

LluThe hotel staff were very friendly, and the environment was clean and tidy. The best part was the double hot tub in the room, which the kids had a blast playing in. Breakfast was served à la carte, and it was brought to the table. You could order more if you weren't full. It was a rare treat to have breakfast at a hotel with kids without feeling rushed. 👍🏼

AAnonymous UserA friendly hotel, with polite, welcoming staff. The rooms had great WiFi, large TV and as others have said an amazing Japanese style hot spring bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, snacks during the day (including wine)and trekking nearby.
The rooms unfortunately had thin walls/doors so you could hear people around you, beds were small and quite uncomfortable and the ac in the room did not provide heating so we found it quite cold. The dehumidifier in the room was also very loud.
Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they made it clear of egg options available. I found it strange the local hot springs were public right outside, this made it seem less secure that anyone can walk in the hotel.

太太陽饅頭My stay at the LiLi Hotel Yilan was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located in a tranquil spot, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by its warm and inviting, yet sophisticated atmosphere. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed was wonderfully soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also quite good, allowing for true rest. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, incorporating local ingredients, and the flavors were fresh and not at all greasy. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, making me feel valued. Overall, whether you're traveling with family or looking to escape the city and slow down, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting.

SShirlyn91The breakfast selection is limited with little changes. Breakfast is at Art Spa Hotel instead of Resort One Hotel but front desk staff fails to bring us over when we ask for directions, thus it was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was great as it was a short 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station and a 15 mins walk from Jiaoxi Bus transfer station. Cleanliness of the room was good and the housekeeping staff were more friendly than front desk staff.
