The room itself was great, and we even got complimentary drinks and snacks. However, the location is a bit out of the way, quite a distance from the train station and far from the shops in the city center.

Located within a golf course, the hotel boasts a tranquil, peaceful, and comfortable environment with beautiful scenery. However, it's quite far from the city center, about a 30-minute drive from York's Old Town. If you're not traveling by car, it's not the best choice for accommodation. But if you have a car, it's an excellent option as parking is free. The hotel has two restaurants with good food, but they are very expensive and the portions are small – typical fine dining. If you don't want to spend too much on food, it's best to eat in the city before entering the hotel.

Nice staff, check in was easy, helpful staff in letting us store our luggage, room was nice, bathroom small but clean & functional. Breakfast was really nice, good choice of food. The welcome drink in my opinion is a nice touch, however maybe just offer a beer or wine rather than a cocktail which is ready made & wasn’t to my taste. Overall great stay, great location, friendly staff.

This hotel really exceeded expectations! The rooms are clean and tidy, warmly furnished, well-equipped, and very comfortable to live in. The service staff is very warm and thoughtful, and the details are handled well, making people feel at home. The location is also very convenient, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play around. The overall experience is very satisfactory, I will choose to stay here next time!

Perfect stay! Room is very spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is very strategic as well. Walkable to tourist spots and eatries. The buffer breakfast is beyond expectations! We enjoyed our breakfast. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. The staff are all in good manner and service. The breakfast is wonderful. However, there is no spare toilet paper in the room. We used up the last piece. There is also no hair dryer. The most important is there is no toilet seat cover, which raises hygiene concerns. When the toilet is flushed, bacteria and particles can spread into the air and throughout the room. Please address this issue by installing appropriate covers or taking measures to improve sanitation.

A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotel's been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!
