Perfect 5* hotel, fully recommend! You will love it. The way the hotel is build and organized is just perfect.

Personnel very effort, were 3 nights in April - for pool and sea too cold, In a few minutes you are in the ”centre” - some local and supermarkets - was more a basis for us for excursions In the SPA area, a indoor pool is built, if you can use it - would be great for the side season Breakfast excellent, parking available.

The hotel is in a good location. From Athens Piraeus, take the night boat to the port of Chania. The hotel is very close to the port. It takes a few minutes to walk. It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus 13 to the center of Chania/bus station. The hotel staff were very friendly. The lady who went to the front desk of Balos on the same day also told us how to go to the hotel for detailed routes. The breakfast was also delicious. It was full of richness. The orange juice was freshly squeezed with oranges. The peaches were also delicious.

Such a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.  Thank you

The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round. The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average.

The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

The hotel deserves its four-star rating. The lobby and the restaurant on the second floor are both beautiful and elegantly decorated. The room was also nice. 22 square meters is basically consistent. The beds and quilts are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, and the service is excellent. Black tea comes with a tea bowl and boiling water per person, and a set of cups. Tea is served to everyone, and coffee is also served to the table. The dining table is made of two layers of tablecloth, bleached and ironed to a crisp. This kind of service should be reserved for five-star hotels, but Cocaton Hotel can also provide you with this service, which is amazing. Luggage storage after early arrival and check-out was also attentive. The front desk service is very attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently answers questions. The location is very good, facing the gate of an ancient building in Chania. (The building is being re-roofed and may become a tourist product center.) It is only 2 to 300 meters away from the old town, which is very convenient. Stayed for two days, value for money. The only thing worthy of improvement is that the tissue paper is placed under the washbasin and cannot be found without looking carefully. It is recommended to simply place it on the table in the room. See Figure 11. Facilities: good Health: good Environment: good Service: very good

There are two major cities on Crete: Heraklion, where Western civilization originated, and Kania, which was invaded by other empires. Because the next choice from Crete to Santorini by boat, the port of Iraklión can start, so choose to take the boat from Athens to Kanya, then from Kanya bus to Heraklión. Considering that I have to take the bus for the next 2 days, I chose this hotel close to the bus station Chania Bus Station and walked less than 400 meters. Various facilities are better, some small problems are reflected to the hotel in time, and can be dealt with quickly. If you want to go to various places around, the front desk will also be enthusiastic to provide information. Kannia is very small, many places such as the Venice lighthouse and the old town next to the lighthouse can be reached in 20 minutes. The hotel has a special place: from the balcony facing the north, next to the town's cemetery, and next to the cemetery is the basketball court and other residential buildings. The locals do not feel any special, but we are tourists who feel strange. In short, the price is good, recommended.

Good staff, cleaning is normal, very far to centre

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.
