Flathead County Hotels with Gym

The hotel is conveniently located close to Costco, Walmart and a bunch of other stores. The room has been spacious and very clean. Breakfast has a great variety. There is a nice indoor pool. In general I really liked everything and me and my family enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Kalispell.

Very good, kalispell is the largest city in northwestern Montana, with more than 20,000 people in the city. The hotel is located in the north of the city. It is convenient to eat and shop nearby. It is a pizza point, grilled with chopped wood, and many people taste good, and the two talents cost $25. The hotel is quiet and the family suite is very reasonable and feels warm. The pool is big and the breakfast is not bad. Free parking and wireless internet.

Clean property Well maintained and location, wonderful restaurant on the property, decent breakfast and pretty furnishings. Hospitable and Helpful staff and service. Hot tub is great after long day. Strongly recommend it.

飯店整體硬體很新，環境與設施也都不錯，是一間很有潛力的飯店。不過這次入住仍有幾個部分，希望飯店可以進一步改善。 建議改善事項： 1. 加強房間清潔 房間整體清潔程度仍有提升空間。既然飯店硬體很新，更應該維持良好的清潔與保養，避免新飯店很快因清潔不到位而影響住宿品質。 2. 建立更完善的遺失物處理流程 這次退房後發現自己帶來的過濾蓮蓬頭遺留在房間，我曾透過書信聯繫飯店，但沒有收到回覆；電話留下聯絡方式後也沒有收到回電。之後更親自回飯店三次詢問，仍被告知沒有找到。 3. 房務清潔應仔細確認房內物品 該蓮蓬頭是我自行攜帶的，退房時原本需要特別拆下，再換回飯店原有的蓮蓬頭。最後房間確實已換回原本的蓮蓬頭，因此房務人員在整理房間時應有接觸到該物品。建議飯店加強房務人員對房內遺留物的確認與回報機制。 4. 提升客訴及聯繫回覆效率 旅客已透過 Email、電話等方式主動聯繫，卻沒有收到任何回覆，最後還需要親自返回飯店三次確認。即使最終無法找到遺失物，也應該給予旅客一個明確的調查結果與回覆。 整體而言，飯店的硬體條件和新穎程度是優勢，也因此更希望能看到服務細節同步提升。建議飯店優先改善「房間清潔、房務遺失物管理、客訴回覆及後續處理」這幾個部分。 如果能把這些細節做好，相信可以更完整地維持新飯店的品質，也能讓旅客對飯店的服務更加放心。

Grouse Mountain Lodge is definitely my go to hotel in Whitefish. Always clean, friendly staff, and great location!

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the room is clean, the space is OK, but it is a pity that the hotel's swimming pool is closed during the stay, but the hotel has a swimming pool for us to use, but our trip because there are two younger children, So it’s not too easy to go swimming in another hotel, this part is a pity, other than that, other places are quite satisfactory.

Nice perfect hotel middle in the mall of Kalispell. Everything you need is around. Stuff is so friendly and always there to help you. I know thou it's hard to make the perfect coffee for everyone, but the coffee you got on the lobby was a little just of water taste. Maybe a little tea/coffee maker in the rooms would be nice like all the other hotels have. Other then this i would come on any of my visits again. Its lovely❤
