The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was good.

The place is lovely only thing is the room I order was not the room I got I wanted a tub n room didn’t get it the run house room

Although it is a 20-minute drive from the high-point exhibition, this hotel is very cost-effective, parking is convenient, there are many restaurants around, and it is quiet. I recommend this hotel for business trips. And the front desk has a contact form for takeaway, very intimate!

Excellent location; quiet room even though there was a sporting event with many guests. Room needs a little maintenance - coat rack is coming off wall; body wash dispenser not attached to shower wall. Absolutely would stay again.

The hotel is very style, the room is very high, at least 3.5 meters, the layout is also very warm, but the hotel is particularly poorly soundproofed. Every morning at 7 o'clock in the morning, I am awakened by various noisy sounds. It is not soundproof at all. The floor tiles in the hotel bathroom are very beautiful, and there are coffee cups. I like the beauty of this detail.

The check in process was seem less, and the desk clerk was really friendly. The outside was well maintained and clean, and my room was no exception. I would definitely revisit again, especially for the great price

This stay went with no issues. Room had all the expectations of a Double Tree owned by Hilton.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 out of the 5 days I was the there the elevator wasn't working and I had to take the service elevator or walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. The stairs weren't cleaned well, and as a women traveling alone didn't feel all that safe! The hotel is under construction and the staff try's really hard to accommodate your needs. The breakfast (cold) was not what I was anticipating when booking the room and paying an extra $9.00, I only got breakfast one morning. Now that I know what to expect when staying there, I would probably go ahead and stay just because the staff was very friendly and its a block from my Office meeting, but I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast. The suites are very nice and roomy, so its easy to get work done.

Breakfast: poor variety, simply don't eat Hygiene: a bit scary. But you can still live. The sofa in the fifth floor room is covered with pulp Environment: OK. Overall it's ok. The surrounding traffic is also convenient Service: OK. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately.
