Amazing
GGuest UserFor anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic (or Rochester in general), this hotel is absolutely fantastic. HUGE rooms - seriously, I've never seen so much cupboard and counter space in a hotel room - that are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was a lifesaver as well... and we really appreciated that they loaned out burners and frying pans. And the location is never more than a 10-minute drive to downtown, even at peak times.
HH Stefan BrachaThis is a wonderful long-term stay hotel.
Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff.
every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge
the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota
It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital
Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction
I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others.

GGuest UserThis was the second time we have stayed at this location and the service has been very consistent…ABSOLUTELY 100% EXCELLENT!!! It is nice to feel the workers truly care especially when most of the customers are dealing with medical issues that stay there. 😍
GGuest UserThe Hotel was great, disappointed on check out as my sister who booked on her own paid $24 a night less than we did ! I felt like I was in that TV commercial about paying more than someone else. . . . I was shocked I thought your booking was the lowest the day I made it. Having said that, the hotel was great.
GGuest UserFirst time staying there. Location was good for us. Easy route to visit family from the hotel. We did a 3 night stay. Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice. Room was adequate and quiet.
郑郑It is very convenient to go to Mayo, and it is also the reason why the price is expensive. The underground and the 2nd floor corridor can pass, avoiding the cold in winter. The front desk is welcoming, the hotel cleaning is very sloppy, the tea is not replenished, the garbage is not taken away, and the tip is taken diligently.
GGuest UserIt was a nice motel but the reason why I rated cleaning poorly was because I found hair in the towels. The hair was not mine and I didn’t touch the towels and some concerns about the ceiling pictures are shown in the pictures. Overall experience was good!
DDeborah HambleyFabulous hotel & staff ,& great location. Shower could do with a seat & grab bars at shower end & a detachable showerhead, & grab rails at toilet, to make it more suitable for those of us with disabilities. And power assisted/self opening room doors/doors throughout hotel. Shame bar wasn't open. Room bins could have done with emptying more regularly. Rooms would be better with a keurig coffee machine than percolator, plus coffee in rooms wasn't great, glad I brought my own. But other than those few things, a great hotel, staff, breakfast & coffee in breakfast room were fantastic. Staff were all very friendly & very helpful. Certainly better than the last hotel I stayed at in Rochester MN.
