GGuest UserThe hotel environment is great, simple and clean. The front desk lady was super nice; because my Gaode Map couldn't hail a taxi, she enthusiastically and patiently helped me order one using her phone, as taxis here accept cash payments. On a clear day, the view is fantastic – definitely a sea-view room. It's also very quiet when the doors and windows are closed. However, there aren't many food options nearby, so you have to take a taxi to the city center to eat.

GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed here for two nights during our three-day trip to Jeju, after seeing recommendations online that it was run by Chinese owners. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shilla Duty Free. The hotel is incredibly clean; even the water stains in the bathroom were perfectly removed, and all the nooks and crannies were thoroughly cleaned. You'd never guess it's an older hotel. They provide power strips, so you don't need to bring your own adapter. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and even skincare products are all supplied. The price is also very reasonable, and the owner is lovely and kind. Luggage storage is very convenient. I would definitely come back again! 🫶

GGuest UserThis hostel is perfect for solo travelers. I met so many wonderful people during my stay, and the all-female policy made me feel very safe. It's a well-established and clean hostel, and the women here are incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind to each other. The front desk staff speaks both English and Chinese. Check-in is self-service, but you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. The breakfast is simple yet delicious, and the kitchen is great for light cooking. You can even grab some Korean instant noodles from a convenience store and cook them up – it's perfectly fine! The room facilities are simple and cozy, and the four-person rooms even have private restrooms, so there's no need to worry about waiting for the shower. The only downside is the location. It's in old Jeju, which is close to the airport, but a bit far from Baojian Street. So, it might not be ideal for those who love to shop. Also, if you've booked a day tour, pick-up might be a slight inconvenience.

11596175****There are water heaters on every floor, so you can always get hot water. The hotel is right next to the Grand Hyatt, which means the surrounding amenities are very convenient. Shilla Duty-Free Shop is within walking distance, and the location is excellent with easy access to public transportation. Even though we didn't use it, taxis are also readily available.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, easy to find, right across from the Grand Hyatt. Check-in is fully automated via a machine, which is super fast. This hotel basically functions like an apartment building, with many long-term residents. There's not much in terms of service; the front desk is mostly staffed during the day. The room was very warm and came equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and induction cooker. However, the cleanliness of our room wasn't great – there were dirty marks on the floor when we checked in, and the sheets were also stained.

The hotel is definitely worth the price. I arrived around 2 PM feeling very tired from traveling and didn’t realize that the official check-in time was 4 PM. Thankfully, Ms. Gao Shuang was very kind and accommodating. Since the room was already available, she allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a good place to rest after a long trip. The room also had useful amenities like a refrigerator, heater, and small towels, which were very convenient.
My only minor concern is that there was no cup in the room for making tea or coffee. It would be great if the hotel could add that simple amenity.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend Oakra Hotel for travelers looking for good value and comfortable accommodation.

GGuest UserFor anyone looking for an affordable place to stay near the airport and other essential facilities, this is a great option. It is highly recommended for travelers who simply need a clean and functional place to rest rather than a luxurious stay. Everything worked well except for the bathroom door, if you lock it from the inside, good luck getting out! The air conditioner was also a little noisy, so fixing that would make the stay even better. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

AApril Legaspioverall, the Shin Shin Jeju airport hotel was good. For the price that you pay it was a nice budget hotel with a decent amenities. Some people complained about their room being dirty, but ours was pretty clean. We didn’t see anything that was too noticeable. The front staff does not speak English when we checked in or checked out. It was very close to lots of different restaurants and convenience stores, which made it a really good location. Overall, we would stay there again. Something that we noticed that was a little bit strange was that there’s no alarm clock in the room, but maybe most people these days use their phone as their alarm clock so that’s why it wasn’t in the room.

GGuest UserI stayed three nights on the 5th floor. The room was quite large, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet. The internet connection was good. The room was a bit tired. There seemed to be only one outlet for the entire room, on the opposite side from the bed. Plenty of drinking water, and delicious coffee from the coffee machine. It's an 11-minute direct bus ride from the airport, plus a 5-minute walk. The Yena tour bus boarding point is a 7-minute walk. The dirty trash cans were annoying; they're usually covered with bags; apparently they care about the environment by not using unnecessary plastic. They don't clean the cans after they're emptied. At 2,000 rubles per night, I don't think this room is worth it.

The back parking lot offers an ocean view, and the room offers a great view of the ocean as well.
The proximity to the ocean makes for a great walk, and there's a 24-hour convenience store just a three-minute walk away.
