Wonderful apartment - spacious, clean, some areas need updating, but overall everything is good! It is worth noting that these are apartments without the usual hotel service. The owner of the apartment lives right next door and has assistants. Any issues are resolved quickly. You can order breakfast for only 200 pesos per person and it is really worth it. Well-groomed area, large swimming pool. True, we still didn’t understand how the cleaning issue was resolved; in 6 days they only cleaned our house once, either this is not included, or we need to specifically ask. You can also rent a bike from the owner. Each apartment has its own isolated terrace. In general, there is everything you need (towels, dishes, stove, kettle, refrigerator, safe). But there are some basic little things missing (there was no soap or hand towel in the bathroom, there were also no towels or rags in the kitchen, and there wasn’t even a sponge with detergent - which made it difficult to wash the dishes), but I think if you ask - they will provide you with the missing items without any problems! The beach (Alona Beach) is 7 minutes by bike, there are no shops within walking distance, but there are a couple of cafes. Overall, these little things didn't spoil our stay! I recommend! Suitable for both short and long stays.

Before writing a review, I will say, it is a pity that it is impossible to give 10 points. Frankly, even if you really want to, it is impossible to find anything to complain about. The hotel is very clean, the territory is very well-kept. There were 11 of us on holiday and everyone said that they really liked it. I will say this, our trip to the Philippines lasted 16 days, we visited 3 islands and were in Manila, but I will say 10,000% that there was no better cuisine than here. Everything, absolutely everything, no matter what you ordered, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, everything was incredibly delicious. Bam i, Oglio Olio, SiSig are the most awesome here. There is a bar where the prices for almost everything are like in 7/11. From the very morning, we went to the pool and even though the bar was open from 9 am, and it was only 7:30, they always opened it for us and gave us a bottle of cold beer or something stronger))). One evening, when we were sitting and having dinner, we accidentally met the owner of the hotel. An elderly man, he has been living in the Philippines for more than 10 years.... Separately about the rooms, they are very clean and tidy. There is everything you need there: water, tea and coffee, all the soap accessories, robes, towels, including beach towels. At the reception, they helped us with renting bikes, they brought them to us directly to the hotel, and also helped with organizing an excursion. From Panglao, we went to the island of Cebu, they kindly booked and helped us buy tickets for the ferry and organized a transfer. By the way, from the airport, they also organized a free transfer to the hotel for us.... In general, I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to those who are still in doubt)))

If the prices are the same, the Tamarind Hotel is clearly a better deal. The room was quite old, and the sheets were blue, suggesting they hadn't been changed. I developed a lump on my neck after sleeping there, although the bathroom looked clean. The soundproofing wasn't great, but that's a common problem with all hotels in Bohol.

The staff are very accomodating. The free breakfast make us feel full during the morning activities. The location is near the community center that makes it easy for us to roam around the area. We had a great time during our stay especially the kids.

The hotel grounds are small but cozy, and there's a nice pool. The staff are pleasant. The room itself felt a bit dated, had a musty smell, and the bathroom wasn't very comfortable. The beds, however, were comfy. There's no kettle or fridge in the room, but there's a communal water cooler with hot and cold water available. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, and there are good cafes nearby.

The rooms shower and hand wash Faucet too old and stained. The water heater not function properly. Soemtiene extremely hot and sometimes extremely cold. Overall its pleasant to stay and the staffs are very very friendly and helpful🥰. Strategic location. Very close to mcd and alona beach

Around 3km from Alona beach or 10minutes ride by motorbike. I booked the dorm but they give me 1 bedroom. Overall it was okay. If you looking for peace and quiet environment this is the place. You can cook there they have rice cooker. Overall i will stay here again. You get what u paid.

We settled into a studio room. The toilet and shower were combined, the shower was a little broken, it was inconvenient to wash, there was no water pressure. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The room has a kettle, cups, plates, we were also given coffee and tea bags, two small bottles of water. The administrator is constantly absent from the reception. We wanted to have breakfast in the morning, but all the cafes are closed in the morning.
