Hot Spring Hotels in Wenzhou

I should have written this review sooner, but I've been incredibly busy since getting back. Still, it’s been on my mind. Yongjia Nanxi Hongju Hot Spring Hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to both Dalongqiu and Nanxi River. As you approach by car, the roadside greenery and thoughtful design immediately signal that you’re entering a sophisticated resort. And indeed, once inside, you feel as though you've stepped into a picturesque landscape. Mountains stand silently in the distance, and the continuous gurgle of water fills the air. The cluster of buildings, nestled among lush trees, awaits guests with a grand and harmonious presence. The lobby is bright and spacious, with clearly defined functional areas. The front desk staff are all young, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I was assisted by Xiao Luo, and I regret not having asked for the full name of this gentle and refined Ms. Luo. She provided immense help during my stay, even arranging for a colleague to give me a Banyan Tree Group standard patterned gift: sachets of camphor wood shavings and a small nanmu wood pillow. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly familiar with my booking requests, swiftly processed my check-in, and ensured my room was exactly as I’d hoped. I even called the front desk specifically to thank her for her diligence and thoughtfulness. Although it was only a one-night stay, because Xiao Luo and her colleagues had proactively added me on WeChat, they offered incredibly thorough advice and arrangements regarding the hot spring's opening hours and the best times to visit. They even proactively adjusted my check-out time, allowing me to fully enjoy the hot spring experience the next day. A huge thank you to these young people; even though the hotel still has room for improvement, your efforts made guests feel comfortable and at ease. Those whose names I remember, like Xiao Xiang (Haolin) and Xiao Ye (Yongping), and all of you whose names I don't, you were all wonderful. I’ve already recommended your hotel’s link and name to over three friends. I hope to return for another vacation with my friends next time. The hotel has several phases; currently, the main building (Phase 1) and the hot spring area are open. The hot spring is exclusively open to hotel guests from 10 AM to 12 PM daily, after which it welcomes guests from all over, including nearby guesthouses. It’s said to be a collaboration with Banyan Tree, which I believe refers to the upcoming Phase 2, including the spa and villa area. Currently, the main building offers comprehensive services, and the restaurant's chef prepares truly unique dishes. If you've had a long journey, sitting here and ordering a few small dishes will undoubtedly be a more enjoyable experience than you expect. The only minor drawback was the hot spring service, where staff were rarely visible.

Overall, my stay was quite good and satisfying. The hotel facilities and services were excellent. The breakfast was varied and varied, and the housekeeper, Xiao Zi, was attentive and always responsive to my questions. The bespectacled lobby manager also left a good impression. During the summer vacation, many children were staying at the hotel, and there were many activities. The hotel also hosted a karate tournament, so there were a lot of guests. They even provided express check-in for individual guests to avoid long waits. They also gave us a small gift upon check-out. A few shortcomings: I feel staff training needs improvement. Some staff members were new and a bit rusty. Sometimes items were missing from the room, but they were delivered promptly upon request. In short, their attitude was positive, but their skills could be improved. Overall, it was a good stay and a good value for money.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, packed with technology, and the amenities are plentiful and complete, meeting five-star standards. Bathrobes and disposable razors are typically not available at this price point – a pleasant surprise! Cleanliness: Excellent. The hallways were spotless, the rooms had no odor, and the fur coats and bathrobes were brand new. The room lighting was also very good, and the light switches and alarm clock were very smart – comparable to a five-star hotel. Environment: Conveniently located, just a few minutes' drive from the train station. Restaurants and drinks are nearby. The lobby has a welcome area, a water bar, coffee, and a full range of small amenities. I even managed to snag some earplugs and an eye mask! 😁 Service: The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and attractive, even the night shift staff were beautiful. I woke up late for breakfast and checked out the restaurant on a whim, and was surprised to find it still open. A must-give positive review! The auntie's wontons were delicious. I'm quite picky about hotels when traveling or visiting friends, and I spent a long time researching before choosing this one. It's one of the warmest and most technologically advanced hotels I've stayed at in the past two years. Rest assured, the hotel will maintain its current level of service and continue to improve.

The Lianyungu Hot Spring Hotel really did the word ”comfortable”. From the beginning of the lobby registration, it was very smooth. The front desk lady will take the initiative to ask if you want to go to the hot spring first, and remind us of the opening time and the supplies we need. Go to play in the water in the afternoon, and then go to the public hot spring area to take a bubble bath in the evening. It is only a hundred meters away from the room. There is a waiter to hand tea at any time. Clean slippers are also available. Breakfast is also very intimate, in addition to the usual porridge and pasta, there are also small dishes such as Taishun local ginger. I didn't pick anything wrong with my stay this night. I also helped me upgrade the executive room for free. It is convenient to soak in the hot springs and live well. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Taishun.
