They even have family rooms with a fun loft slide. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the blue sea and coconut groves, and the infinity pool provides expansive vistas – perfect for stunning photos during blue hour. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the location is excellent, very close to Nanwan Monkey Island. Great value for money, I was very satisfied with my stay for a vacation."

"A fantastic family-friendly resort! ✨ Everything you need, from dining to accommodation and entertainment, is all in one place. Our dedicated butler, Taozi (Peach), was so thoughtful and really took the stress out of traveling with kids. I've already saved this place for our next trip! It was excellent. A big thank you to Taozi for the room upgrade. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. The beach sand is super fine, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. We didn't have time to check out the indoor playground, which was a shame. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. But we'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommend!"

"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?"

"I stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris."

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but overall I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and each room comes with its own private pool. You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes. Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite. Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long."

"The hotel provided excellent service (special commendation to Ms. Yang for the crab-catching activity, Manager Zhang for his proactive problem-solving and follow-up, and the cleaning and air conditioning repair staff). Any issues were handled and resolved very quickly (including a free room upgrade). However, the hotel should pay attention to repairing the shower door in room 603 to prevent any more guests from being locked inside."

"We brought our child to Lingshui for a vacation, and the Sanyue hotel truly impressed us. The room was spacious and bright, directly facing the ocean with a first-class view. My daughter absolutely loved the attached swimming pool, go-karts, and the petting zoo. I was also very satisfied with the hotel's service; the staff were friendly and courteous. Our butler proactively asked about our needs, and their responses were quick and efficient. Highly commendable! We had a wonderful four-day stay here."

"I genuinely want to recommend this Westin in Lingshui to all parents traveling with kids! We specifically chose it to avoid crowds, and it turned out to be an absolute godsend. The beach is incredibly soft and fine, and the famous 'singing sand' truly lived up to its reputation. The best part was how few people there were during the off-season; the entire beach felt like our private backyard. We splurged on a balcony suite with a private pool, and at 155 square meters, there was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. Waking up to watch the sunrise over the sea from bed was magical, and in the evenings, we'd soak in the pool on the balcony while waiting for the 'orange sea' sunset – the colors were beyond words. The kids absolutely loved the Kids' Club. With activities like making cookies, catching sand crabs, and picking coconuts, their schedule was packed. Our four-year-old didn't want to leave, and the heated pool with a slide was a constant hit. I especially have to commend our butler, Parker. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews before our trip, but those worries were completely unfounded. He provided a detailed itinerary in advance, responded instantly to messages, and made dining so easy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we could order local Lingshui sour noodles via delivery, paired with a refreshing salted starfruit drink – pure bliss. Parking was ample, and it was just a few minutes' drive to Monkey Island. Honestly, our entire family has already decided to come back. It's quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is truly attentive. It's the perfect spot for a family trip with kids."
