The hotel is deeply rooted in 'Tanka' (boat people) culture, with ocean elements visible everywhere: pearl light fixtures, fishing net textures, shell decorations – every detail embodies the romance of an island getaway. The room was spacious and bright, with a full ocean-view balcony directly overlooking Qingshui Bay. The Tiffany-blue sea and the fine, powdery sand were breathtaking. In the evening, lying down to watch the orange and pink sunset, every photo looked amazing without any filters. The amenities were thoughtful too: a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, Nespresso coffee – all the details were perfectly taken care of. What truly impressed me was Summer's service. She proactively contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs and processed my check-in quickly upon arrival. Knowing I loved beach walks, she kindly recommended the best viewpoints and sunset times. During meals, she remembered my taste preferences, and for breakfast, she even prepared the Tanka seafood porridge and Zao Po Cu Noodles in advance for me. Even small requests I casually mentioned were promptly attended to, making me feel genuinely cared for without it feeling forced. The public areas were fantastic – the infinity pool, beach swings, and spiral staircase made for perfect photo opportunities. Breakfast was served until 11 am, allowing for a leisurely meal even after sleeping in. The local Qingbuliang (sweet soup) and Baoluo noodles tasted authentically delicious. In the evening, enjoying fresh seafood barbecue by the sea breeze was pure bliss. There's no hustle and bustle here, only the gentle embrace of the ocean and the warmth of exceptional service. Summer's dedication made this trip extra special. The Indigo Qingshui Bay is definitely worth a return visit, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking to slow down and savor island time."

"The room type is great, most rooms offer sea views, and my request for a high floor was met. It was a very comfortable stay. The family activities were abundant, and both my family and children loved them. Although the beach has a steep slope, which many people have complained about, getting down to the sea was still relatively easy. There are also sun loungers and hammocks on the beach above, making it comfortable just to relax. Room service was also excellent; it was very convenient to call if I needed anything. However, the butler service and kids' playground were a bit lacking. The butler only communicated on the first day and later, unless I asked specific questions, they would respond but seemed a bit cold and didn't actively initiate conversations. Many facilities at the kids' playground were closed, but my child was still satisfied playing there for a short period. Despite these minor points, I've already recommended this hotel to friends because of its high aesthetic value. I hope they maintain the facilities and hygiene well, so it continues to live up to expectations."

"Let's start with the downsides. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel was fully booked, and our basic room type had a very partial sea view, right next to a road and residential area, which slightly affected the aesthetic, but that's not the hotel's fault. Secondly, the heated pool's water was a bit cool, and the pool wasn't very big. Also, on one rainy day, all the kids were playing in the Kids' Club, making it quite chaotic, and the staff weren't prompt in tidying up. Putting the negatives aside, there are so many positives. The hotel's design is excellent; it perfectly balances being kid-friendly with appreciating the hotel's aesthetics. The hotel's buffet was delicious, and breakfast was served until 12 PM. During the Chinese New Year, we never had to queue for breakfast. You could have the buffet and also order à la carte dishes, which were all very unique and tasty. The coffee was great, and most importantly, they served alcohol in the morning – much needed when traveling with kids! We tried the Japanese restaurant for lunch, and it was just okay, nothing special. Dinner was mostly at the buffet restaurant, which included complimentary sashimi and a seafood hotpot with your meal. Basically, we indulged in fresh seafood, and paired with dry white wine, it went to our heads quickly! We stayed for three nights and received two complimentary cakes – a New Year's cake and a birthday cake – both were delicious. The complimentary red wine was also very good. The main pool was unremarkable, but there was a kids' water park with some non-powered facilities that the children absolutely loved. The only downside is the water wasn't lukewarm, so we could only play there at midday. There's a gate requiring a room key card to access the beach. The sand at Clearwater Bay is incredibly fine. On our first day, we saw a 'jellyfish sea' (calm, clear water), and I got sunburned in just one morning. After I reported it to our butler, they immediately sent a sun protection kit 👍🏻. I must praise our amazing butler, Ivy; her response was incredibly quick. She arranged the cake delivery, nail clippers, and sun protection kit, and even didn't charge us when the kids accidentally broke two cups. During our stay, her prompt feedback made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was our first time in Lingshui, and we had an unexpectedly good time. We'll definitely consider coming back to Lingshui more often."
