Cancun Hotels with Infinity Pools

"We paid just under €200 for 2 days (February 2025). The hotel is not that far from the airport (30 minutes by car) and in a very busy area. Taxi cost 210 MXN from the hotel to the airport. The room was very well equipped. The view is fantastic. We were very happy with our room. We were on the 13th floor (of 18). Unfortunately there is no beach nearby. In the evenings it is relatively noisy because of the Plaza de Toros Stadium. This should be taken into account when booking."

"Excellent hotel, all services are perfect to relax and enjoy your vacation, with amazing swimming pools. I truly consider it an outstanding resort. They also offer great activities and a very personalized service. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Note about prices (they vary a lot): I stayed here during the low season and paid around $120–150 per night, which was a great deal. During the high season, however, in the week of Thanksgiving, I paid around $400 per night… which was crazy in my opinion, but I did it for my girlfriend 😅 The only downside is that pool bar prices are very expensive, and the same applies to the restaurants inside the resort. A big plus: there is a small Starbucks and a mini supermarket on the ground floor, which is extremely convenient."

"The sauna requires booking a day in advance and is difficult to book. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but there is no bathtub. The service and facilities are quite good. There is a connecting passageway directly to the shopping center, which is very convenient."

The food is served very slowly! Serve: The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English. The Wi-Fi is not bad, and the browsing experience goes smoothly when going to the beach and occasionally cuts out. There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, but the rooms and restaurants have adequate air conditioning. Beach scenery: The first row of beach chairs is hard to get, and there are many chairs on the beach behind. There is no large open beach on the beach, but the beach next door is very beautiful. You can walk there and rub it. The water is still very jelly blue and warm, and the sky is unobstructed. Watching the sunset is beautiful! Activity: There are group singing, playing cards in the swimming pool, and Spanish classes. You have to play with other foreigners. The club is afraid of asking you to quit. "This is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area."

"The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. "Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩"
