"On the day we arrived, the traffic was incredibly bad. It took us a memorable four hours just to get onto the island! We almost gave up, but eventually, we pushed through. When we finally got to the front desk, the lady there saw us struggling with all our bags and the kids, and she kindly upgraded us to a sea-view king room with a balcony – what a fantastic experience! Opening the window, you're greeted by the ocean with an expansive view. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. It's also quite close to the beach, and there are even electric scooters for rent downstairs, which is really convenient. I'll definitely choose this place for my next vacation! The lady at the front desk was so thoughtful; she even brought me an iced Americano on checkout day. So friendly! ❤️❤️💗💗"

"🅿️Parking isn't super spacious, but if you park early, it's fine. Parking is free; just get a parking voucher at the front desk for unlimited entry and exit for the day. 🏠The room was amazing, definitely exceeding expectations. You can see the Tropic of Cancer from the balcony! 😂 It's super close to the beach, saving us 20 yuan on parking fees. ⚡️There are some TELD fast charging stations at the entrance, but not many. If you're driving an electric car, most other parking lots have charging stations. 🍚Breakfast is 35 yuan per person, regardless of the number of people in your room, it includes two people's breakfast. 🤣 The breakfast is very average, and it's all crammed into the lobby with few tables. Overall, it's still very good!"

"The room facilities were complete and very clean, making it the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our Chaoshan trip. The front desk staff had a great attitude, patiently explaining everything we asked. The recommended local eateries were fantastic, not a single bad one! The front desk even gave my child beach toys, which made my little one incredibly happy. This guesthouse didn't disappoint me; I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The room was spacious, and we had an ocean-view room with a great view of the sea. The weather was too hot to go out during the day, so we mostly stayed in the room in the afternoon, which was perfectly fine. We only went out to sightsee in the evenings. The room also had plenty of amenities like a washing machine, projector, bathtub, and refrigerator. However, I couldn't get the projector in our room to work, but I wasn't too bothered since I wasn't planning on watching TV anyway. There's some renovation going on nearby, which can be noisy at times. Also, the soundproofing isn't great; we could hear a whole family next door shouting loudly early in the morning, crystal clear... It was quite annoying."

"Tonight, I fell asleep to the sound of the sea in the mist and rain. This was my first time staying at Chenhai Yunxi Homestay in the back village on a rainy day, enveloped by the mist, rain, and the sound of waves. If you're booking a sea-view room, try to get a higher floor; right below are residential houses. Nan'ao, in general, is a very ordinary fishing village. You can easily explore the whole place leisurely on an electric scooter. The hostess at the front desk was very gentle and had a lovely voice. The continuous rain transformed the sea into a muted grey-blue, and the outlines of fishing boats were softened by the fog. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, raindrops diagonally wove into the sea. I made a cup of hot tea and watched the rain from the window, quietly observing the ebb and flow of a cloud, a wave. Just outside, there's the濱海路 (Binhai Road). I walked along the coast with an umbrella, and the wind carried the aromas from seafood stalls. Electric scooters are very convenient, and the concierge even thoughtfully provided a travel guide. The row of buildings behind the sea is the local market. As darkness fell, the sea became serene, and the streetlights cast warm, yellow halos in the rain. The world finally stopped rushing, leaving only my breath and the sound of the rain."

"This time, I brought my child along, so I decided to stay in the county town. First, let's talk about the location. The B&B's location is excellent, with free parking available. Although it's a short walk, it's manageable. Right downstairs, you'll find various restaurants and bubble tea shops. It's practically the Houzhai CBD, very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the hot water is very slow; it takes a long time to come on. After communicating with the owner, they explained that the pipes are long, and you need to let the cold water run out before the hot water arrives. Now, let's focus on the B&B's hygiene and service. The B&B is located in an older building, but the rooms are all new, and the hygiene is exceptionally well-maintained. It's clean and odor-free, which already surpasses many B&Bs. Furthermore, the attention to detail is excellent. Right outside your room on the same floor, the owner provides various daily necessities (dental floss, rubber bands, hair clips, razors, makeup remover wipes, etc.). So thoughtful! Regarding service, the owner led us to the parking lot on an electric scooter. We hadn't checked in yet, and the owner helped us transport our luggage to the B&B. When we checked in, our luggage was already in the room. My child had hives and scratched their skin until it bled a bit, getting some blood on the sheets. I proactively asked the owner if I needed to pay a cleaning fee, but the owner didn't charge anything. What a generous gesture! The off-season price is also very affordable. Overall, for a 207 RMB B&B, I'd give it a 90 out of 100. The 10 points deducted are in hopes that the owner can improve the hot water facilities. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance!"

"This was the first hotel that caught my eye when planning my trip to Nanao Island, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location, decor, and especially the infinity pool are incredibly photogenic, perfect for sunset pictures – absolutely stunning! The hotel's service was also excellent; they were very responsive, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. From 8 PM to 10 PM, the front desk even offers complimentary sweet soup. We got to try the mung bean soup, and it was delicious! Plus, the hotel's partnered travel makeup artist and photographer were fantastic too. Highly recommend!"
