"The hotel is located in a residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the beach. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's a 10-15 minute bus ride or a 20-25 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There are also many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is large, new, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit stuffy."

"Came here with a group of 3 people, with a double bed and sofa bed. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Only minor issue was parts of the house keeping service was inconsistent. We had 3 people, but only 2 towels were replaced when the room was made up. This is the same for the number of cups that were replaced and the limited toilet paper provided. We had to call for additional items. Overall though the hotel was good and in a great location. Highly recommend."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 6-8 minute walk from Fira metro station, and a quick 20-30 minute metro ride into central Barcelona, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors, so the stay should have been very comfortable. However, what's baffling and frustrating is that despite booking a three-night stay, we were only provided with two bottles of water on the first day. When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that these two bottles were our entire allocation for the three nights, and any additional water would need to be purchased from the vending machine at the front desk. This extreme cost-cutting measure feels incredibly petty and is a stark contrast to the hotel's otherwise high-quality facilities, which is truly disappointing."

"I stayed at this hotel during my solo trip, and overall, most aspects of my stay were good. The room was comfortable, and the general service met my expectations. However, my experience at breakfast was very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable. When I arrived for breakfast, the staff member did not check my room number or booking details. Instead, he seemed to make an assumption based on my appearance and directed me to a different breakfast area downstairs. The way he spoke was quite rude and dismissive, simply telling me “your breakfast is downstairs” without any proper explanation. When I went there, I found that it was actually a group dining area with very limited food options. At first, I thought it might be temporary or due to some issue, but I later realized this was a separate, restricted breakfast intended for a group booking. This was very upsetting, as I had paid for a full breakfast like other guests. I returned to the reception to clarify the situation, but the experience had already left a negative impression. Being directed based on assumption rather than proper verification felt inappropriate and, honestly, discriminatory. No guest should be treated differently based on how they look. While the hotel has many positives, this incident significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously and ensures that all guests are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. Otherwise, the hotel is good, specially mentioned one girl working evening in coffee area was very friendly and nice, she guide me some place to visit"

"There's only one bathroom to be shared by more than 6 people (who knows exactly how many). Only reason I booked is it's relatively a cheap option. Also the staff who assisted me was a legend. He gave me a mini tour of the facility. Greatly appreciated. Wouldn't stay again esp if there's other reasonably priced options. The location isn't that good either. It's pretty far to landmarks"

"The room has a microwave and an induction cooker, so you can heat up your own food. The room itself is quite spacious. The service staff at the restaurant downstairs were not very good. You can store your luggage at the hotel; there's a dedicated room for it."

"You can take the Airport A1 bus to Plaça de Catalunya (the final stop) to reach the hotel. It's a 5-minute walk from Casa Batlló, and within a 10-15 minute walk of Casa Milà, Plaça de Catalunya, and El Corte Inglés, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also a McDonald's and Starbucks nearby for breakfast. The biggest downsides were the lack of power outlets, especially no bedside outlets, and the poor soundproofing. However, I couldn't hear anything once I put in my earplugs."

"The hotel is conveniently located opposite the exhibition center, but the value for money isn't great, and the service isn't good either. The air conditioning was broken all night, making for an uncomfortable stay. The room was tiny, and the foldable desk, once unfolded, blocked the entire pathway. I had a lot of luggage and didn't want to move, so I considered extending my stay, but the front desk quoted $150 a night, which was too expensive. Later, I found the Congress Hotel, just 300 meters from Hampton Inn and also opposite the exhibition center, for only $80. Wow, that hotel was spacious, very quiet, had a bathtub, and the decor was excellent. The lobby was expansive, offering charging stations for work, and they even stored luggage for outings. The front desk staff was very accommodating, and it was only 200 meters from the Fira metro station, right across from the exhibition hall. I'll definitely book the Congress Hotel next time. I don't really recommend Hampton Inn; it's not good value for money."
