"We stayed here as two couples and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The aparthotel kitchen facilities—including an oven, stove, utensils, and cutlery—made it easy to prepare meals. The location is super convenient: just a short walk from the train station (only one road to cross), and a grocery market is just one street away. The only little downside was the laundry setup. Public washing machines and dryers are available, but you need to get tokens from the counter, and the charges are added to your room bill. The settings could be a little difficult to choose, as there were too many different modes. Sadly for us, the dryer didn't work well—one cycle wasn't enough to fully dry clothes, possibly because we couldn't select the right mode. We had to run it twice, which meant extra time. That said, the receptionist was very kind and offered to let us check, giving us another token after we used the wrong mode. Our advice: talk to the receptionist before using the machines. Aside from that, everything else was great for our group. The rooms are clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. The workers are very kind and sweet :)"

"Great location, only minutes walk from the train station, from where you can take the train to Centraal in another 5 minutes. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, although not many restaurants. The room is very clean. It also has a kitchenette, equipped with electric stove, microwave and simple utensils. I requested a quiet room, so I almost couldn’t hear any outside noise. The staff members are very nice. When they learned that I forgot to bring an extra phone charger, they offered to help charge my power pack. There was some system issue that I was asked to pay the city tax again in check-out although I had paid in check-in, it was resolved quickly."

The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Amsterdam, directly opposite the Van Gogh Museum, perfect for art lovers and city explorers. The view from the window is stunning, especially from higher floors. Check-in at 2:00 PM was quick and hassle-free, with friendly staff. Cons:
There are some drawbacks. The hot water pressure in the shower was weak, which was a bit annoying. The carpet in the room looked somewhat dirty, which affected the overall impression. The coffee machine in the lobby charges even for hot water, and there’s no kettle in the room, which is inconvenient for those who like to make tea or coffee. Overall:
Trianon Hotel is a great budget option for those looking to stay affordably in central Amsterdam. For the price, it’s a decent choice for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city."

"This hotel has a great location—it’s within walking distance of the train station, and the price is reasonable. However, there are sometimes homeless people around after dark, so it’s not recommended for women to return alone too late at night. POV: sharing a sunset I saw at the train station. 🌇"

"1. **Room:** A bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. It had air conditioning, an electric kettle (which looked like blue and white porcelain), adjustable lighting, and more. The facilities were relatively new and well-maintained, with no hidden spots for dirt. If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar. I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left. I mentioned it in the evening and again the next morning, but it wasn't until I went to the front desk a second time on the next evening that it was finally restocked. The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced. This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes. Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched. 2. **Breakfast:** The food was plentiful, the service warm, and food items were refilled promptly, as were used dishes cleared away quickly. Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views. It's quite large, beautifully decorated, and has two serving stations, which is very convenient. There are also two large outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying the view or dining al fresco. On my check-out day, after breakfast, I bid farewell to the European staff, and they even gave me a special hotel lollipop, saying they hoped I'd visit again. 3. The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor. 4. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel. You can buy round-trip tickets online. If you're staying at or near the hotel, you can take the bus directly, saving you a trip to Central Station. 5. **Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk. 6. **Supermarket and Restaurants:** There's a Dirk supermarket a few minutes away. Near the hotel, there are various restaurants, including Western options like Italian, and Southeast Asian cuisine."

"I enjoyed my stay, we arrived early and we were able to check in. Rooms were ok, twin beds, shower, tea station. There was a blow dryer in the room also, everything worked fine. Great location 10mins walk from the train station, one stop away by train to the airport and about 25 mins to Amsterdam Central. Breakfast was good also pastires, breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and beans and then fruit and cold meats."

"Very close to the airport. The hotel's free shuttle service was punctual, running every half hour, and got me there in just ten minutes. It's quite convenient for an overnight stay. The soundproofing was decent; I didn't hear much noise. The towel rack, however, was ridiculously high – even at 1.8 meters (nearly 6 feet), I had to reach up to grab a towel."

"I stayed only one night with my family. They were enough coffee, tea, hot water for drinks in the room. they serve breakfast also but didn't prefer to eat my breakfast at the hotel. there's a supermarket near the hotel. All hotel personal were so kind and helpful."

"The location is perfect for visiting Amsterdam - a lovely trip 15 mins on the free ferry to Amsterdam central station. Also, plenty of cool bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, a minus point for Hilton, if you’re a member of Hilton Honors, don’t expect to get any points - Hilton doesn’t award them unless you book through them (likely at a higher price of course!)."
