The service was impeccable, staff is attentive and well trained. Hotel is very nice.

As the flight was earlier, I didn't have time to have breakfast. This hotel is very close to the Tampa airport and it is very comfortable to stay. This will be fixed next time.

The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite—always smiling. Walk across the street to the beach or eat or shop. Food was delicious . We LOVED it. . We will go back.

The air did not work in one of our rooms and the hallways were warm.  There was no air in the gym which made the odor and cleanliness so much worse.  The shower amenities did not work in our shower and no extra toilet paper in the room.  The restroom by the lobby was not cleaned with tp and sanitary napkins on the floor of one stall.  There was no soap or sanitizer in that restroom as well.  The beds and room were clean and comfortable.  The location was close to shopping and food but a pain to get in and out of due to traffic and having to make u-turn to reach hotel from east end where shopping mostly is.

We only stopped to sleep. The hotel is in a quiet location and the front desk woman was very friendly. It met our basic needs and was clean. There are also several spaces for semi trucks or trucks with trailers to park.

Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel.

Hotel was clean could have been cleaner the shower was stocked well with towels but weren’t very soft we stayed here to rest really fast and go
