The front desk service was excellent and very professional. The hotel itself, along with its basic amenities, is really good, and the best part is the incredibly low price – amazing value for money! It was a fantastic stay. Plus, the hotel food was quite good, and they even serve it until noon, which is perfect because I usually miss hotel breakfasts since I wake up late. All in all, a wonderful experience, definitely recommend!"

"I stayed at the Sofitel in Guiyang for three nights on a business trip, and I have to leave a positive review. My top priorities are cleanliness and quietness, and this hotel exceeded my expectations on both fronts. First, cleanliness: The moment I walked into the room, the floor, desk, and nightstands were spotless. The white bed linens were also very clean and odorless. I even deliberately checked behind the headboard and on top of the TV cabinet, and there was no dust accumulation – a detail many hotels miss. The bathroom was free of mold and hair, and the shower had great water pressure with quick drainage, which is a huge plus for women with long hair. In terms of service, I must give a shout-out to the front desk lady. When I checked in, she saw my laptop bag and proactively asked if I needed an extended check-out time. Around 10 PM, I had a minor issue with the AC (later realized I had set the wrong mode), and after calling the front desk, a cleaning staff member was at my door within three minutes. She was very polite and even showed me how to use the AC remote. The cleaning staff replenished two bottles of water daily, and when she saw I had my own tea, she provided extra tissues. As for amenities, the smart voice control was very convenient; I could tell 'Xiao Du' to turn off the lights in the middle of the night without fumbling for switches. The curtains were electric, and with the blackout blinds drawn, I could sleep soundly even at noon. Another practical feature: free laundry and drying. After visiting clients all day, I could wash and dry my clothes in the evening and wear them again the next day – incredibly convenient. Overall, it's the kind of hotel that's 'unobtrusive but comfortable everywhere.' I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Guiyang."

"The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Qingyun Market! Plus, there are plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. The room was meticulously cleaned with no unpleasant odors, plenty of hot water, and cozy furnishings. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, definitely worth coming back to."

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The service was outstanding – always helpful, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is excellent. Situated near Guiyang Railway Station and Hongtongcheng Shopping Center, the hotel is in a vibrant and convenient area with plenty of shopping, food, and transportation options nearby. It made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. The hygiene standards were top-notch. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean and comfortable. And the beds… amazing! The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable, giving me some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. After a long day, it was pure luxury to relax in such a cozy bed. Overall, an outstanding experience with excellent service, great staff, perfect cleanliness, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
