"I stayed at this hotel during my solo trip, and overall, most aspects of my stay were good. The room was comfortable, and the general service met my expectations. However, my experience at breakfast was very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable.
When I arrived for breakfast, the staff member did not check my room number or booking details. Instead, he seemed to make an assumption based on my appearance and directed me to a different breakfast area downstairs. The way he spoke was quite rude and dismissive, simply telling me “your breakfast is downstairs” without any proper explanation.
When I went there, I found that it was actually a group dining area with very limited food options. At first, I thought it might be temporary or due to some issue, but I later realized this was a separate, restricted breakfast intended for a group booking. This was very upsetting, as I had paid for a full breakfast like other guests.
I returned to the reception to clarify the situation, but the experience had already left a negative impression. Being directed based on assumption rather than proper verification felt inappropriate and, honestly, discriminatory. No guest should be treated differently based on how they look.
While the hotel has many positives, this incident significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously and ensures that all guests are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. Otherwise, the hotel is good, specially mentioned one girl working evening in coffee area was very friendly and nice, she guide me some place to visit"
