"The room was clean, and the front desk staff were polite. The overall facilities were decent, quite up to a local five-star standard. Since we visited during the Spring Festival, breakfast was delivered to our room as a set menu, and it was quite nutritious.
However! It was incredibly hot in winter. The heating was set to an extremely high temperature, making it unbearable. Even the short-sleeved pajamas I specifically brought weren't enough. The central air conditioning also blew warm air. Due to the high ceilings and lack of screens, we couldn't open the windows very wide. I couldn't sleep all night. I tried to turn off the heating, but couldn't (as someone from the north, I believe every room should have its own heating control valve, but not here). In the end, with no other options, we had to leave the room door open, with one person staying awake while the other slept, then swapping... We basically got about two hours of sleep that night. Another room in our group had the exact same issue.
I sincerely suggest the hotel adjusts its heating system. Even with central heating, as a hotel, you should at least allow each room to regulate its own temperature. Otherwise, it seriously impacts the guest experience and is incredibly frustrating!!!"
