"The hotel is very beautiful, the only thing we didn't like was that the water from the cabin is very cold. They have jacuzzi but they don't warm it, but it is part of the hotel's description as one of its attractions. They have a dam with fish and turtles, but some of the turtles are hurt and don't pay attention."

"Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people."

"We had a good time at this hotel for 1 week. The room we had was too small for any longer a stay. But it was inexpensive. To stay for longer, you would want to book one of the junior suites for sure. The beach is lovely, and the location can't be beat. Food in the restaurant was okay, but many more food opportunities in the area."

"Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. "The view from the room is great, whatever. It was great because I could wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves. It is very convenient to enter the sea because you can borrow beach parasols and towels. The price is reasonable, but the restaurant is located at the beach front, so you can also eat and drink beer while entering the sea. I will definitely stay if I go to PV again."
