Paranaque Hotels with Kitchens

"Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job. Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that. I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside. City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them."

"If you are sensitive to aircon noise, then their room may not be most suitable for you. The hotel's aircon is kind of noisy and on the 1st night I feedbacked and they offered to send an technician. It did help for a short while but afterwards it seems like the noise went back to as usual. I also discovered it was a dripping a little after the technician left. The staff mentioned the aircon noise is the same in all rooms due to the type of aircon it is. Knowing myself and based on past experience, I would not be able to enjoy the next few nights of stay and so I moved to another nearby hotel the next day and I'm so glad I made this decision. It was non refundable sadly but I could allow friends to stay the remaining nights in my name which was great. The room soundproofing can be improved as I could hear someone talking on the phone next door in the early morning and it was hard to get enough rest. My room was facing the main road and the train track so I could hear a bit of train noise but its not too loud and the road's traffic noise is minimal too at 9th floor. As for cafe menu, it would be good to have more options. They have some dim sum (yay!), asian and western foods. Their cafe service can be better improved too in terms of attitude and friendliness. You'll have to request for room service menu if you want to order from the room. It would be better at check in if the front desk asked if room service menu is needed and so they can send it up to save time. Hotel is clean, looks modern and I like the room's lighting variety too. Their security is tight and if you have a visitor who needs to park at the hotel, they'll have to provide the guest's room number. Good to register yours or your visitor's car plate number at check in to save time. The Mrt station is just about 5-7 min walk and they have a convenience store next door and across which is convenient as they charge from the 3rd bottle of water. The pool looks great and friends who stayed on my behalf enjoyed it. Hope this helps! 🧡"

"The hotel is clean, it has no elevator so if you book a room upstairs you need to ask the service to help you to bring your suitcase up for you. There are cockroaches but that is to be expected in a tropical city. The surroundings aren't nice unless you cross over to Ayala malls"

"This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!"

"Yearly i book Sequoia as me and my partner prefers to stay here overnights especially if we have things to do in manila ofc. It's very convenient near Parqal, ayala malls and MOA. Safe,clean place to stay. One thing i love about most is the hospitality and smiling faces of the staff it makes a huge difference."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Thompson Suites. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped—loved having a washing machine and microwave, which made my long stay so convenient. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to Okada and Ayala Mall The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jen for arranging my airport transfer smoothly. Free pickup and drop-off was such a thoughtful touch! Truly a home away from home. Will definitely book again next time."

"Booking via Trip.com is very reliable. Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at. If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend."

"Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting.
