Jupiter Suites

The price was okay, and the location was convinient close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room itself felt quite outdated, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, there was an extra door inside the room that staff describe as an access door/connecting door to another room, which made me feel somewhat uneasy from a safety and privacy standpoint. Overall, while the service and location were strong positives, improvements to the room condition and security features would make for a much better stay.

I stayed at Jupiter Suites primarily because of its affordability and convenient location, which turned out to be very practical for my needs. The hotel is well-located, and the availability of free parking was a big plus. I would also like to commend the staff for being friendly, approachable, and welcoming during my stay. The room itself was adequately spacious and generally comfortable. However, there are a few areas where improvements would make a noticeable difference. In particular, the bathroom amenities could be better maintained. The toilet was missing a seat, and a bathmat was not readily available. Additionally, the bath towels seemed quite worn and could benefit from replacement. While I understand that the room was offered at a discounted rate, maintaining basic amenities would help enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, I had a comfortable stay thanks to the location and the helpful staff. With some improvements in maintenance and amenities, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

I gotta say thank god they had a room available. I had a senior moment and thought I extended my stay to a certain date and it wasn’t and they were fully booked. It was very close. Walked there! They need to do some renovations. People were very nice everything you want right there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of useful shops nearby.

The staff and service are excellent — very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. It’s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.
