Very Good
AAnonymous UserI had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it.
I booked the hotel through Ctrip and had the confirmation number ready. However, when I arrived at the front desk, the staff claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. What was even worse was their attitude—they seemed completely unconcerned, as if it was none of their business, and made us wait in the lobby for over an hour late at night.
To make matters worse, Ctrip was extremely proactive all night, trying their best to resolve the issue, which only highlighted how unprofessional the hotel staff were. When we finally got a room, it wasn’t the one I booked—it didn’t include the breakfast I’d paid for, and it was on the first floor, which was not what I’d requested.
This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
GGuest UserThe room is large, the bathroom is completely separated from the room.
The retro style is really beautiful
Dinner is a bit expensive and the menu is translated.
The wine is not bad. The manager said that few Chinese people come.
It is easy to go wrong after the map is positioned. I have to find a white building to take a long road. I also asked a few people. The interior of the hotel is also beautiful, you can come if you like to take pictures.
BBoerziquanThe room type structure is spacious and comfortable, the procedures are simple, the bathroom is 2 sets convenient, the facilities are complete, and the sanitation is clean. It is a good choice for travel and vacation.
CChak Heng AndrewThe location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag.
While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival.
On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk.
Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience.
