"The facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean with no strange odors. It was quiet at night, and the pillows were so comfortable I fell asleep in three minutes. Room service delivery by robot was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I originally booked this hotel just for the convenience of getting to the airport the next day, but it turned out to be excellent value for money. They even offer free shuttle service. The front desk lady was super nice. All in all, I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I need to."

"This was the best hotel of our entire 10+ day trip: 1. The location is superb, right inside Wenrufang. The parking lot is just next to the hotel, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. 2. The hotel design is very tasteful, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail is excellent. 3. The service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out, all the staff were very polite. The breakfast was delicious and included local specialties. Overall, we were extremely satisfied; it offers incredible value for money."

"One of the best hotel in my month travel of China. Will highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Fuzhou has basically has 3 main historical places to visit and all sites are 20 mins walking distance left and right directions from hotel. I’m sure it’s located in the major area of Fuzhou with plenty of delicious restaurants and street vendors at hotel doorsteps. A clean gym and laundry room is located at 2nd floor. There is a coffee machine for guests to enjoy. I didn’t had chance to try breakfast but seems you’re provided to a local eatery just beside. There’s no elevator but staff will always help with your carrying and it’s just a 3 story building. The metro station is just around the corner."

"1. The room had a strange odor, a mix of formaldehyde and cigarette smoke. The front desk claimed the formaldehyde levels were within acceptable limits. 2. I had an early flight the next day and needed to leave the hotel by 7:00 AM. Breakfast started at 7:00 AM, so I wouldn't have time to eat. The night before, I asked the front desk if they could pack me something or let me eat 10-20 minutes earlier. They agreed, and I reconfirmed with them the next morning that I could go for breakfast. However, while eating, the staff setting up the breakfast spread complained that we had disturbed their newly arranged setup before they could take photos. It made for a very unpleasant dining experience. 3. I booked a week in advance, and the room cost 429 per night. On the night of check-in, the price displayed on the front desk's large screen was 298 per night. Is such a significant price difference normal?"

The bedding was the most delightful surprise; the high-thread-count linens felt incredibly soft and delicate, and the mattress offered excellent support, ensuring I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom featured a well-executed wet-dry separation, and the shower had consistent, comfortable water pressure. The toiletries were Wyndham's standard brand, with a subtle yet elegant fragrance. The room's details were also impressive: electric curtains, multi-mode lighting control – everything felt practical and considerate. What truly stood out was the excellent soundproofing; closing the door created a completely quiet and private sanctuary. What elevated this stay even further was the front desk team, Cynthia, Lucy, and Suki. Not only were their smiles warm and welcoming, but their professionalism was exceptional – check-in was seamless, and they proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and local recommendations. Throughout the process, they were patient and meticulous, making me feel truly at ease. It's hotels like this, with both outstanding hard qualities and warm service, that are truly worth recommending again and again. The next time I visit Fuzhou, this will definitely be my top choice."

"The room was more spacious than typical all-season hotel rooms of the same type. The hotel is quite new and well-equipped. The hygiene was also good. The service attitude was excellent and attentive. It's not far from the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport by appointment."

The entire place is clean and tidy, with every detail well-managed, making you feel right at home. The local specialty breakfast is authentic, allowing you to savor genuine Fuzhou flavors. The location is superb, with two subway entrances, making it convenient to get to the airport and Fuzhou Station. It's also close to the newly popular Fuzhou Nan Park, which is great for photos."

"True to the InterContinental brand, both the hardware and software are top-notch. The hotel's location is superb, right by the subway exit and Fuzhou Station, offering seamless transportation. The breakfast spread is quite rich, with everything you'd expect, and the highlight is the freshly cooked Laohua, which is authentic and fresh. The guest rooms are quiet and comfortable, the beds are great for sleeping, and the electric curtains block out light perfectly. New hotel facilities are definitely a plus. But the most outstanding highlight is the service; the staff are all warm, friendly, and very proactive. Check-in and check-out are highly efficient, quick, and professional."

"The room is well furnished and the lighting is very bright. The bathroom and bathroom are also very spacious and convenient for washing. The facilities are also very good. The front desk lady is also very good and very enthusiastic. Equipped with washing machine and disposable toiletries. Overall it is a very satisfying stay experience"

"The room's cleanliness was subpar; there was long, fine hair in the showerhead that wasn't mine (I have short, coarse hair). The soundproofing was terrible, especially in the bathroom at night – you could hear the upstairs neighbors showering, the water rushing down the pipes, and even thumping noises. When booking, we specifically requested rooms away from the elevator since we were traveling as a family. However, one room was directly opposite the elevator, and the other was just around the corner from it. The previous night, at a different hotel, a similar request was honored with rooms far from the elevator. During our stay, the toilet broke. I called twice and also reported it to the front desk (they said it would be fixed when the cleaning staff came, which was incredibly unhelpful and inconvenient for an elderly person). To top it off, the hotel elevator was either broken or undergoing maintenance, but guests weren't informed, making it very inconvenient to get up and down."
