"This Jinjiang Hotel is super new! I chose it over the Lavande next door because I'd heard of Jinjiang but hadn't tried it yet. **Facilities**: It's a standalone building in a cluster of hotels, very new and well-maintained. Everything feels fresh and great. **Hygiene**: Spotless, as expected from a Jinjiang Group hotel. They really prioritize top-notch cleanliness. **Ambiance**: Being a Jinjiang Group property, it boasts a unique marble-integrated hotel style. Inside, there's a 'watercolor ink' world map mural which I found quite appealing. The restrooms are fully smart, with electronic bidet toilets, so no more startlingly cold seats at night! **Service**: Excellent! I ordered breakfast, and while it's not as lavish as a JW, it was still very good and had everything you'd need. A pleasant surprise was being given a soft rubber pillow without even having to ask the front desk. It was a thoughtful touch, and the pillow was genuinely comfortable, really helping my neck. Thumbs up! **P.S.** This is one of the rare hotels without any downsides. Both the indoor and outdoor environments are very pleasant. Whether it's the ambiance or the location, everything was convenient and smooth, perfectly fitting the occasion. A great place! Plus, they offer airport drop-off service for early flights! If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the automatic doors in the lobby are a bit too sensitive and open frequently. Coupled with being in a coastal area, it can make the ground floor lobby feel a bit stuffy. I'll definitely be back!"

"Fuzhou really lacks good, new hotels, so I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at voco this time. The location is right next to the train station, and it's both family-friendly and great if you're driving. When we checked in, there was a lacquer fan experience which both kids absolutely loved. The breakfast had a great selection of Fuzhou specialties. The concierge service was also very attentive, and it was super convenient for food deliveries and packages, with a robot bringing them right to our room. They also have a laundry room and a gym, which is very handy. I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotels in Fuzhou anymore, so this was a delightful surprise."

What truly touched me was a small incident after check-out: I was rushing and accidentally left behind a personal item, completely unaware. The front desk team discovered it and proactively contacted me. Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. The entire process involved smooth communication and quick responses. "One of the best hotel in my month travel of China. Will highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Fuzhou has basically has 3 main historical places to visit and all sites are 20 mins walking distance left and right directions from hotel. I’m sure it’s located in the major area of Fuzhou with plenty of delicious restaurants and street vendors at hotel doorsteps. A clean gym and laundry room is located at 2nd floor. There is a coffee machine for guests to enjoy. I didn’t had chance to try breakfast but seems you’re provided to a local eatery just beside. There’s no elevator but staff will always help with your carrying and it’s just a 3 story building. The metro station is just around the corner."

"Extremely satisfied with my stay, excellent value for money! Amber, Max, Viki, and Rowan at the front desk were incredibly welcoming during check-in! They were attentive, thoughtful, and patiently answered all my questions about travel and breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel very comfortable. The location is superb, within walking distance of Hangcheng Metro Station and a commercial area. Changle High-Speed Rail is just 2 km away. Upon entering the lobby, I was offered welcome tea. The front desk was efficient with check-in and even proactively arranged a high-floor lake view room for me. Room: Spacious (standard room 40㎡+), with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city/lake views. The branded mattress was just right, offering excellent support, and the bedding from a well-known brand was very comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet room was independent and odor-free. The toiletries had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast: The buffet offered both Chinese and Western options. There was a Fuzhou specialty station for 'lao mian'/'lao fen', freshly cooked eggs, and a rich selection of fresh fruits and desserts. Replenishments were prompt. Service: Staff members proactively smiled and greeted guests, and their response time was quick. Overall, it's standard five-star quality. I would definitely choose this hotel again for both business trips and vacations!"

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center with convenient transportation nearby. It's also within walking distance of Sanfang Qixiang. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was smiling, proactive, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The front desk lady mentioned it's a brand new version of the Ji Hotel, and overall, the experience was fantastic! The breakfast selection was also quite rich with many options. The tea and refreshments in the lobby were especially delicious!"

The blackout curtains are perfect for night owls like me – I could sleep until the afternoon without any issues. It was also very quiet. The laundry room was super efficient; my clothes were already drying just a few minutes after I dropped them off. I also have to commend the front desk's efficiency; my food delivery arrived incredibly fast, which is perfect for someone lazy like me. And that huge TV was an absolute blast!"
