"I booked this hotel because I went to watch a concert at La Defense arena. This is a relatively modern hotel with kiosks to do self check-in/out - quite efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant but I wished there was a kettle and slippers in the room."

In an old building that looks like it could do with a refurb new carpet etc. A basic room with shower, basin and toilet in the room (I was alone but if 2 people not much privacy for the toilet). Friendly and helpful check in. They did take a few minutes to find me on their paper and pen system(!) My 3rd floor room was quiet and had undisturbed sleep and the bed was comfortable. "

Toiletries were from Aesop, and the bedding and towels were also good quality. The location was excellent, situated in the Opera and Galeries Lafayette area, making it very easy to call a taxi – trips anywhere were usually around ten-odd euros. There are two convenience stores near the apartment, as well as several nice bistros, making it very convenient for a drink or a meal."

"Service: This is the best service in the five hotels this time, mainly because the hotel operation manager is really a lovely French lady, she is sooooo sweet and warm and helpful , I really love her very much. We got up very late in the morning. She made dinner for us personally and used the steamer her boss bought for the first time. She was very worried about her failure, but it was unexpectedly delicious. I suggested that she buy an omelette machine and quickly called the boss to apply for an order. It was very efficient. Every day, I will say hello to us and chat. I take care of every guest. I am like an old friend. Although I can't speak Chinese, I can feel her curiosity and love for China.
