VVoyauraI had a very good stay at the hotel. Everything was great. Starting with my airport pick up (I landed 00:30), very clear and easy communication where to meet the driver etc. Hotel is located only 6 minutes drive from the airport so very convenient if you have a layover. The service was amazing, everyone was super polite and I also received a small gift at check in (some snacks and face masks). The room was quite big and very clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately as I arrived pretty late so I skipped breakfast but it is also included in a price. The drop off to the airport was also included. I highly recommend and I will definitely stay again if I'm in Zhengzhou next time :)

Kkassim dakhI stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and both were terrible experiences. The heating system does not shut off—the room turns into an oven, and the entire floor felt overheated. I couldn’t sleep at all and had to wake up several times during the night not knowing what to do. The thermostat doesn’t work, so there is no way to control the temperature. During my first stay, the room didn’t even have a window; they brought in an external AC and later moved me. On my second stay, the room had a window, but it didn’t help—the room stayed extremely hot. After two stays with the same issue, this is clearly a persistent problem. I will not be returning.

All the disposable amenities you could need are provided, so no extra packing required. The bathroom even has a heater and a heated toilet seat – such thoughtful details! The room was clean and tidy, making for a really comfortable stay. I was so surprised to find such great amenities at this price point. It's my top pick for layovers at Zhengzhou Airport or any travel plans. Highly recommended!

I arrived in the early morning, and she was still very kind and attentive, even upgrading our room, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's airport pick-up service was also excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied; it offers great value.

The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the terminal, allowing for quick check-in and rest even with a late-night arrival. The bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The 24-hour front desk service is attentive, and they also offer punctual wake-up calls and express check-out, which really helped me catch my early morning flight without any rush. For those who check in on the same day and have to catch the bus early the next morning, this is undoubtedly the best choice. Early in the morning, you can easily reach the train station without rushing, start a new day of journey, saving precious time and energy, making the journey more relaxed and comfortable.

MMasato ShibataI stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight out of Zhengzhou Airport, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The location is excellent — just a short drive from the airport, which made getting to my flight stress-free. They also offered a free shuttle service, which was on time and very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed: a hot shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a decent bed. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but for a transit stay, it was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. They helped me arrange a taxi and made sure I knew the shuttle schedule. One small downside was that there weren’t many dining options nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

GGuest UserWhen I booked the room, I thought it wouldn't be that cheap. However, due to financial constraints and seeing so many good reviews, I booked a room anyway. Upon arrival, the front desk lady greeted me warmly and was very friendly. Honestly, 58 yuan a room was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the air conditioning alone, it's a lot of money for a night's stay. They have everything a big hotel has. I don't know how the owner could come up with such a low price. It's really hard to live here! I have to give a good review. A hotel like this is so economical and practical.

During your stay, you will also be answered with all your questions and the service will be attentive. Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time. Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

LLuobinThe hotel is ideally situated right next to the bus stop and near to the subway station should you not want to use their pick up service from the airport. The room is clean, but basic. The bathroom has beautiful hot water but the shower is in need of modernisation and is of the 'wet room' type, meaning that once you've taken a shower the whole bathroom remains wet until you leave. The bed is clean and hard, but nonetheless comfortable. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. If you want luxury, pay a bit more or go to one of the many nearby alternative hotels. I payed £8.00 and for that price I was satisfied.
