I randomly picked this hotel for my last night in Zhengzhou, not expecting much, but it totally exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful during check-in. They proactively asked about my flight details to arrange the airport transfer and even reminded me about the complimentary late-night snacks after 10 PM. My initial room was near the elevator, and I casually mentioned concerns about the noise disturbing my child. To my surprise, they immediately moved us to a quiet room – the efficiency and service were top-notch! The room itself was surprisingly clean; even the shower and sink were spotless, which as someone particular about details, I really appreciated! And let's not forget the airport shuttle driver, who was polite, thoughtful, and helped us with all our luggage. Traveling with family, finding such a considerate hotel truly made our trip better. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the room was spacious. Cleanliness: Clean, with no unpleasant odors. I had an overnight layover in Zhengzhou and booked this last minute, and it was unexpectedly good! I'm very satisfied. They offer airport shuttle service; you need to book the departure time in advance as it can get busy. My flight time didn't quite line up with their shuttle, and I wanted to sleep in a bit more, so I took a taxi to the airport myself. It was only about 7 yuan and took just a few minutes – very convenient.

Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, making for a truly worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. I usually stay at Vienna Hotels wherever I go, and the beds and pillows here are really comfortable, making me feel as at home as if I were sleeping in my own bed. The facilities and decor are a bit dated, and I found a toothpick on the floor next to the bed. I called the front desk to ask for earplugs and conditioner, but they never arrived by bedtime. Luckily, the soundproofing was pretty good; despite being near the airport, it wasn't very noisy. Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my stay, despite these minor flaws.

They helped me arrange a taxi and made sure I knew the shuttle schedule. One small downside was that there weren’t many dining options nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

Stayed for two consecutive nights. There are restaurants nearby downstairs, which is very convenient. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and the front desk service is very good. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is clean, hygienic and nutritious.

This hotel is really doing a serious business. The room is warmly decorated and the space is large and clean. Especially the front desk lady No. 7 is very gentle and the things are handled in a timely manner. We left a wallet when we checked out. The front desk manager called us and kept it waiting for me.
