Xinzheng Hotels with Breakfast

I randomly picked this hotel for my last night in Zhengzhou, not expecting much, but it totally exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful during check-in. They proactively asked about my flight details to arrange the airport transfer and even reminded me about the complimentary late-night snacks after 10 PM. My initial room was near the elevator, and I casually mentioned concerns about the noise disturbing my child. To my surprise, they immediately moved us to a quiet room – the efficiency and service were top-notch! The room itself was surprisingly clean; even the shower and sink were spotless, which as someone particular about details, I really appreciated! And let's not forget the airport shuttle driver, who was polite, thoughtful, and helped us with all our luggage. Traveling with family, finding such a considerate hotel truly made our trip better. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

This hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle came quickly for pickup. Drop-off at the airport was also very convenient. The room was spacious and odor-free, and the King Koil bedding was comfortable. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff were friendly and patient. The facilities were comprehensive, and they even offered free late-night snacks. It made for a very reassuring and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Excellent all round — superb staff, spotless room, and an ideal base by the airport A really excellent stay — Novotel delivered on every front. Breakfast was very good, the room was spotlessly clean, nicely finished and professional, and the whole setup was exactly what you'd want. The location is smart: a little outside the city centre, but wonderfully close to the airport — and there's a free airport shuttle every hour, which is absolutely perfect and makes coming and going completely effortless. Above all, the staff were superb — genuinely helpful and with good English, which made everything easy. Special mentions to Jim and to Tracy on reception, who were both brilliant and went out of their way to help; that kind of service is exactly what makes a stay memorable. My only tiny note is the desk chair, which wasn't the most comfortable for longer working sessions — a small thing in an otherwise outstanding stay. Wholeheartedly recommended, and an easy five out of five.

After traveling around Henan for 10 days and staying at several hotels, I chose this one for its convenience to the airport, and it was by far the most satisfying. The room was incredibly spacious with elegant decor. The central air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water was plentiful. Even though it's close to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent; there was almost no noise, making for a very peaceful stay. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. You can also easily reach Zhengzhou Expo Garden by bus. The hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic; they were well-organized and truly thoughtful in their customer service!

The hotel's location is excellent. We had a private car transfer from the airport, which was incredibly convenient, taking less than 10 minutes. All the staff were lovely; the driver and Jiajia at the front desk were both very thoughtful, and check-in was smooth. We even got to watch some of the World Cup in the evening.

My stay here was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of dining options and easy transportation nearby. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with good soundproofing. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep, and the bathroom was also clean with no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff was very attractive, incredibly enthusiastic, and attentive. Highly recommend!

The hotel location is excellent. Staff is helpful. The breakfast starts from 5:30. How ever the shuttle bus leaves at the same time. Thus no time to enjoy the meal. Suggest to just the frequency and timing for shuttle bus.

It is recommended to stay. The unit is nearby for office convenience.

This hotel is really great! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and soft, so I slept until dawn. The front desk No. 7 service staff was warm and thoughtful, and any needs could be met in time.
