I actually cried when we left this villa! I'm truly speechless when it comes to describing the range of emotions and experiences that made up our vacation! It was unforgettable! The warmth and responsiveness of the staff, the excellent location, the cleanliness and comfort, the peace and quiet... I could go on forever! Everything was perfect, without exception – the room, the design, the grounds. The housekeeping was impeccable, not a speck of dust in the room, and the grounds were constantly maintained. The beach is just a stone's throw away, the water is crystal clear, there are lots of turtles, and beautiful fish. We walked at low tide to the turn on the left side, and from there, we started snorkeling along the edge of the reef where turtles gather in groups of 3-5. We even saw a venerable lady about a meter long. It's incredibly beautiful, they look like they're flying. Larger fish also swim in from the deep there. There are cats on the hotel grounds, so don't be lazy, pack a bag of cat food in your suitcase, and they'll thank you with their purrs. Not far from the hotel, there's a cat shelter where they treat sick animals, and also sell food and souvenirs, with the proceeds going towards animal care. Don't miss catching at least one sunrise and watching a sunset; photos simply don't do the beauty justice. After swimming to our heart's content and enjoying delicious dinners, we slept like babies on the comfortable beds, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of birdsong. It was a vacation for the mind and body, feeling as if we were in paradise. A special thank you to the staff who create this incredible atmosphere.

Excellent location. It's a one-minute walk to the sea, and you get gorgeous sunsets right on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is large and comfortable with a stylish interior. There are only 20 rooms, making it a small and cozy place. Like most hotels in Indonesia, there's an issue with room cleaning; you often have to remind them to change the linen, and the towels can be stained. Another downside is the window screen in the bathroom—it makes it very hot during the day, lets insects in, and loud music from Rabbita often blasts through. Overall, it's a good, comfortable hotel. We stayed for 6 nights.

There was no hot water. The service was also very strangely organized. At breakfast, many dishes were constantly missing. One morning, there were no waffles (no batter), fruit, coffee, or toast bread available right away... 🤷♂️ They seem to bring out the bare minimum, and everything runs out quickly. They do replenish it later, of course, but you have to wait. In the bathroom, there were only amenities for one person 🤷♂️... It was very noisy in the morning and evening. The animation starts from 7 AM to 10 AM and from 7 PM until... whenever they finish. But overall, the hotel is clean, new, and worth the money for a short stay.

A good hotel within walking distance from the port (5 minutes walk). The house lacks daylight. If possible, it is better to book without breakfast. The location is convenient, the beach and cafes are within walking distance.

This is a great hotel, conveniently located right by the pier, making it super easy to find food, entertainment, and activities. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are enthusiastic and polite – almost all young and handsome guys! If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly… I’m still kind of amazed, though I can’t quite put my finger on exactly why. It’s one of those places that just feels good the moment you arrive — or at least, I think it did. Something about the whole atmosphere gave off this calm, welcoming energy, even if I can’t fully explain it. The overall experience was… honestly, really lovely. I don’t know if it was the way everything seemed to run so smoothly, or just the general vibe, but it made me feel comfortable in a way that surprised me. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely nice — or at least, it felt that way — which made the stay feel more personal and warm. There was this sense of everything being thought through. I couldn’t necessarily point to one specific thing that made it stand out, but the combination of everything — the ambiance, the way things were handled, just the overall feeling — made it seem almost effortless. It’s like everything worked together quietly in the background to make the stay good without needing to shout about it. Even though I can’t name exact details, I had this strong sense throughout my time there that I was being taken care of in a subtle, reassuring way. It wasn’t loud or flashy, just consistently good. The environment felt balanced, almost like it understood exactly how to make guests feel at ease without trying too hard. I left feeling genuinely happy and strangely relaxed — the kind of feeling that sneaks up on you when everything just… works. And even if I can’t explain every reason why, I know I walked away with a really positive impression. I’d absolutely consider staying here again. Probably more than just consider, honestly.

This is the best value hotel I visited during my last vacation in Indonesia. It is easy to access to Senggigi Central, and I had a fun and happy time by renting a motorbike from the owner of Rinjani Riding. If you are sensitive to room conditions, choose a good resort, but if you want a good value service, I recommend it. If you go to Gili, you can get to Bangsaldo in about 30 minutes.

The hotel was excellent...rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious and accommodating for our group of 8. The pool area was great with sun lounges. Location is very central to the port, local restaurants and hiring/booking options. We didn't eat at the restaurant but drinks service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay! Staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful, location was brilliant close to great food and the harbour, only a short stroll on the main road, so no need to hire a horse and cart, unless you have a lot of language. Pool was lovely very refreshing, loved having access to it at my front door! I would honestly come back, really loved being able to rent an electric scooter from the lobby, no hassles at all just pay and go. Was my first time on a scooter, staff were very helpful and non judgemental when I crashed into the bush my first go lol. They were correct you will become a pro in no time. Outdoor bathroom is slightly older, a bit of wear and tear, but didn’t bother me, as everything worked fine, the walls could use a bit of a clean to get 5/5 for cleanliness, however the toilet, shower, sink and room itself were very clean, including the bedding and towels. Guests also have access to the lagoon beach club, hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as movies playing by the pool on a projector everynight. It’s such a vibe :)
