Guest UserThe hotel is, on the whole, not bad, but it's definitely not a 5-star property. The location is quite good – very quiet, yet only a 6-7 minute walk to the sea.
We had a triple deluxe room with a city/mountain view. The room felt very uncomfortable: white, hospital-like walls, seemingly spacious but with sparse furniture. The bathroom was tiny, barely enough room to turn around, and the sink was small. A lot of space was wasted, making it difficult to comfortably unpack our belongings. The air conditioners were located directly above the beds, meaning they blew right onto our faces. We had to move the beds and remove the nightstands to avoid this. We slept with the AC on because it was stuffy without it. There is NO refrigerator in the room! There's a mini-bar that barely cools anything; our fruit started to spoil in it. And it's not broken; it's just a very ineffective mini-bar. When we asked at reception, they told us that if we needed to store anything perishable, we could leave it in their fridge downstairs, but running from the 11th floor to the first was very inconvenient. There were only two nightstands for three beds. Most importantly, there was NOWHERE TO DRY CLOTHES. This problem is mentioned in every other review, but the hotel management seems completely indifferent to guests' inconvenience. This is a real issue, especially considering the high humidity outside, constant swimming, and having wet swimsuits, towels, and robes with no place to dry them. They threaten a hefty fine for hanging clothes out the window, as it ruins the hotel's aesthetic. There are no balconies. Why not buy a foldable drying rack for each room? There's hardly any furniture, so there's simply nowhere to dry three towels after a shower, let alone other clothes. They offer an iron for 30 minutes, which also seems odd. We didn't bother using that service.
At reception, you sign out and return beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach bag. This whole process takes time; they are incredibly meticulous about everything, and the constant bureaucracy can be quite annoying. At the beach, there wasn't a single sunbed from this 5-star hotel, even though when we stayed at another 4-star hotel, they provided umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach.
The indoor pool was decent, but we hardly used it as we spent most of our time at the sea. There's also a billiard table and mini-football there.
The hotel's spa club has very high prices compared to massage salons in the city.
The breakfast initially seemed good and substantial, but after seven days at the hotel, we realized that the dishes NEVER changed during that period. What's more, there was never any fish as a main course (there was cold smoked fish, one type, as an appetizer). Once there was a seafood salad, but you had to really search for the seafood in the vegetable salad. Once they served duck, but it was more like duck bones than actual duck meat. There was sushi, but it ran out quickly and wasn't refilled. There were about six types of fruit, but the most popular ones were rarely replenished. There was never any mango! This is somewhat surprising for a hotel that positions itself as 5-star. I would particularly like to highlight the good coffee from the machine, the delicious pastries, and a decent selection of cold cuts and cheeses.
The cleaning service is very strange; when you leave the 'please make up room' sign on the door, it's simply ignored. You go to reception, ask for the room to be cleaned, but no one shows up until 5 PM.
And about the reception staff. There's a very unfriendly woman working there, with a literally stone face. I don't remember her name, but she was very unpleasant. Hotel staff should make guests feel welcome, but here it's quite the opposite.
I probably wouldn't return to this hotel for a second time.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in northern Nha Trang. It has its own beach, but it's a closed cove, and there's very little space for long-distance swimming. Closer to evening, when it's not so hot (around 5 PM), the tide goes out, making the water knee-deep, and entering the sea is prohibited after 6 PM. I liked the breakfast; it was a very varied spread with everything you could need. The hotel restaurant has quite reasonable prices. A shuttle takes guests to the city twice a day for shopping at the mall or just for a walk. There are no cafes near the hotel, and no options for an evening stroll, and the hotel grounds themselves are quite small. Upon checkout, we were unpleasantly surprised when we were told to return a teddy bear that was sitting on the bed; we were 100% sure it was a gift from the hotel. Overall, this resort is suitable for those who don't like noise and crowds. The room has bathrobes, indoor slippers, beach slippers, a beach bag, tea, coffee, and a kettle.

The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and the service was truly impressive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the sea with unobstructed ocean views. It's close to tourist attractions and near Vincom Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, so you have everything you need. The hotel even provides a luggage scale, which is very convenient for travelers.

Guest UserWe just checked out today (June 2026) and were extremely satisfied! The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, on the second line from the beach. Everything is nearby: the night market, the promenade with the Lotus Tower, cafes, shops, and massage parlors. The dining hall is huge with a wide variety of dishes. We had an upgraded room with two windows, offering great views of both the sea and the city. Linens and towels were changed daily, and we had good hot water pressure, even on the 22nd floor. The hotel is modern with a cozy lobby and three high-speed elevators. I wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️

Guest UserWe stayed at this hotel for two days, primarily for the amusement park. After checking in at the port, you can reach the hotel either by cable car (which we took on the way there) or by speedboat (our choice for the return journey). If you opt for the speedboat, it's a 5-minute ride, and then you just need to take an elevator. Buggies will be waiting outside the building to take you to your hotel. If you take the cable car, it's about 15 minutes (including boarding, disembarking, and walking to the stop), then you'll need to go up an escalator and walk about 200 meters to the same buggy stop. We checked in quickly at the hotel, and a buggy took us to our villa (we chose this option for 2 adults and 2 children). The villa was huge, with a heated pool. Our villa number started with 4, meaning it was on the fourth level from the sea. Keep this in mind when checking in – it's quite a long walk to the sea and the reception, which is a downside. You constantly have to call for a buggy. During our two-day stay, the WiFi went out twice, leaving us without connection, and we had to call reception on our mobile, which was quite expensive. I can't comment on the beach as we didn't visit it; we had limited time, and our main goal was the amusement park. We preferred the breakfast restaurant to the right of reception; it had everything, even smoothies (the kids were delighted). All our questions were resolved quickly, and the staff were very friendly.

Guest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Whether it's a morning stroll on the sand or watching the sunset in the evening, it's absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, simply but comfortably furnished, and the balcony offered direct sea views. The staff were very welcoming; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively offered some local tips. Overall, it's perfect for guests who love beach holidays, offering both relaxation and easy access to the sea and sunshine.

Anonymous UserThis was our family's first self-planned trip to Nha Trang, and we booked this hotel. Initially, I planned for 3 nights, but due to a change in plans, we stayed an extra night.
**Pros:** The room was clean and serviced daily. The front desk staff were enthusiastic. The food was tasty, although not very diverse. The hotel is close to the city center, which isn't an issue if you have a car. However, it's almost 1km to walk to the beach. I also found that booking through this platform offered stable and reasonable prices compared to other hotels, with less fluctuation and cheaper than booking directly.
**Cons:** The food wasn't very diverse, and the daily offerings didn't change much. For the room rate, I can't really complain, but for me, it was still okay. When I booked, I read reviews about the hotel, and they had both positive and negative points. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was too weak and took a long time to cool the room, which had a slight musty smell. The hallway also had a moldy, woody smell. The pillows were a bit too flat; my family asked the front desk for extra pillows but never received them. I've learned that you can't fully trust reviews; real-life experience is always better. Overall, I found it acceptable (IMO).

The location is fantastic however the room is getting old showing some cracks on the door and holes on the curtain. Room Needs some upgrade to keep up with the time. Also they didn’t provide free bell luggage services as we had to pay extra to keep our luggage. We had to request a microwave as it was not available in the room when we checked in.

The hotel has a first-line sea view, unobstructed. The room is super big, very spacious, sea view king room, unbeatable sea view, full of sea, superb! A young man at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese, which is rare in Nha Trang, and the process went smoothly. The breakfast is relatively average, the restaurant is wide and has many seats. The hotel does not have currency exchange, but there are many banks and ATM machines around. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes, with everything you need. The first-line sea view hotel in Nha Trang City, you have to cross the road to go to the beach, which is very convenient in a few minutes. In short, I have stayed in several hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is very cost-effective. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this hotel.

On Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing.
However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much.
Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after.
After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.
