GGuest UserAside from the really bad wall sockets, everything else was fine.
The room, amenities, and bathroom fixtures are all good, including TOTO fixtures, a Hansgrohe shower, a Samsung TV, and an Otis home elevator. The overall decor is luxurious, but the style is more appealing to an older generation.
The pool water looked clean, and the children didn't experience skin allergies or diarrhea after swimming.
The bedding is high-thread count, probably over 220, and very comfortable.
The mattress is a bit soft, which is not ideal for me.
The pillows are high-height, which is not ideal for me.
The housekeeping service was prompt, attentive, and welcoming.
The breakfast lady was also very nice.
The community has beautiful greenery, with some minor gardening efforts. You have to ask the security guard before entering or leaving the community. Overall, it's significantly better than the neighboring community.
The room is a minute's walk from the beach, a straight path. The ground-floor garden has a pool and running water for washing sand.
There's also a laundry room with an automatic washing machine, making it convenient for drying clothes. Right next door is the Kimpton and Indigo, sharing the same beach. It's actually nicer than the beaches at the Kimpton and Indigo, and less crowded. It's also not too far from the lighthouse, so it's a nice view from afar.
I recommend this place.

GGuest UserLet's start with the downsides. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel was fully booked, and our basic room type had a very partial sea view, right next to a road and residential area, which slightly affected the aesthetic, but that's not the hotel's fault. Secondly, the heated pool's water was a bit cool, and the pool wasn't very big. Also, on one rainy day, all the kids were playing in the Kids' Club, making it quite chaotic, and the staff weren't prompt in tidying up.
Putting the negatives aside, there are so many positives. The hotel's design is excellent; it perfectly balances being kid-friendly with appreciating the hotel's aesthetics. The hotel's buffet was delicious, and breakfast was served until 12 PM. During the Chinese New Year, we never had to queue for breakfast. You could have the buffet and also order à la carte dishes, which were all very unique and tasty. The coffee was great, and most importantly, they served alcohol in the morning – much needed when traveling with kids! We tried the Japanese restaurant for lunch, and it was just okay, nothing special. Dinner was mostly at the buffet restaurant, which included complimentary sashimi and a seafood hotpot with your meal. Basically, we indulged in fresh seafood, and paired with dry white wine, it went to our heads quickly! We stayed for three nights and received two complimentary cakes – a New Year's cake and a birthday cake – both were delicious. The complimentary red wine was also very good. The main pool was unremarkable, but there was a kids' water park with some non-powered facilities that the children absolutely loved. The only downside is the water wasn't lukewarm, so we could only play there at midday. There's a gate requiring a room key card to access the beach. The sand at Clearwater Bay is incredibly fine. On our first day, we saw a 'jellyfish sea' (calm, clear water), and I got sunburned in just one morning. After I reported it to our butler, they immediately sent a sun protection kit 👍🏻. I must praise our amazing butler, Ivy; her response was incredibly quick. She arranged the cake delivery, nail clippers, and sun protection kit, and even didn't charge us when the kids accidentally broke two cups. During our stay, her prompt feedback made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was our first time in Lingshui, and we had an unexpectedly good time. We'll definitely consider coming back to Lingshui more often.

YyuanmengppI originally wanted to stay in Shimei Bay, but it was dark after playing in Monkey Island, so I just found a hotel along the way. Ctrip recommended a newly opened hotel with a very cheap price, so I booked a night with the mentality of giving it a try. The result exceeded my expectations. The hotel is fully intelligent and easy to park. The proprietress has good taste at first glance. The hotel is clean, and the decoration materials feel good, without any smell. Thumbs up 👍 and feel at ease staying there. I would like to add that the coconut grove avenue at the entrance was very interesting to shoot a short video of. I felt the intention of the Lingshui government. I did not have to take a detour to visit Fenjiezhou Island the next day, which added points to my favorable impression of this small place, Lingshui.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at No. 33 Sancai Avenue, Lingshui. The room is very good, the facilities are complete, the hotel service is warm and serious, and the price is excellent. There is a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby. I want to get a cup of hot water, but I have too many things on my hands to put down. , the beautiful woman at the front desk took the initiative to help me get water, and also helped me carry my luggage to the room. This is worthy of encouragement. The front desk service is very good. When checking out, I also asked about the location of the attractions. The front desk patiently introduced many nearby attractions. Most of them do not require tickets, but they are actually very good. Come back next time.

GGuest UserI went to Daidai Island and stayed in Lingshui County for one night and chose this hotel. It's a newly opened store. The hygiene is OK. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's close to the pier and can be walked there. There is a night market downstairs, which is very lively at night. But the newly opened hotel room has a slight smell. Everything else is good. Daidai Island is highly recommended. It is a small island with few people, beautiful scenery, and suitable for checking in and taking pictures during the trip to Hainan.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

GGuest UserI went to Sanya with my baby who is less than 2 years old and my grandparents. This villa meets the requirements of my trip very well. My baby loves swimming. The swimming pool of this villa is very clean. They provide a car to go to the market to buy seafood and fruits. It is very convenient to make complementary food for the baby. The fruit is really delicious and not expensive. Although the seafood is not cheap, it is fresh. The villa is not far from the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. Because I brought my baby, I drove there to save my baby's energy. Hahaha, the beach is very fine. Our family also took photos at the beach. There is a coconut forest next to it for photography, which is also very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that we agreed to have a safety seat before we went, but we did not communicate with the housekeeper when we delivered the car on the day. A new one was delivered a while later. This made my journey feel very safe. If there is any problem, find the housekeeper to solve it at any time. It's really great. The service industry is very good to do this. There are really a lot of mosquitoes in Sanya. We adults were bitten all over, but the baby didn't have a single blister, which is lucky. Friends who are going to go must pay attention to protection.

GGuest UserIt's an old hotel. When we checked in, they were just renovating the exterior walls. The room is large and well-equipped. You can watch the sea and the sunrise from the room, but if you tend to wake up easily, you'll have to be careful, as you can hear the sound of boat motors at 4 a.m. However, the sea view is nice. It's very close to the Tanka fishing raft and surrounding scenic spots, so it's very convenient.

There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.
