Coolest hotel in Miami Beach! The best pool in town! Highly recommended!

The hotel environment and facilities are more like a business hotel, not suitable for vacation. The front desk is very small. Although there is a terrace swimming pool, the lounge chairs look very dirty. The front desk was very serious when checking in, and there was no sense of relaxation. The scenery outside the window is average, and you can see a little sea from a distance. The hotel soundproofing is average, and you can hear people talking and watching TV in the next room. The hotel is not cleaned thoroughly, and there is a half-bottle of juice left in the refrigerator. The advantage is that the hotel has a happy hour every afternoon where you can drink for free, and the front desk has a long-term supply of lemonade. In addition, there is not a shuttle bus to the beach every day, only from Thursday to Sunday, so you have to take a taxi to the beach. It is close to Lincoln Road, within walking distance, convenient for shopping, and opposite is Trader Joe's for buying water and snacks.

Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is quite beautiful. The style of the hotel is relatively trendy, but the lobby is relatively small, and it is difficult for the driver to find an accurate location. There is a relatively large balcony, but smoking is not allowed. The location is in the city center, which is relatively safe, and there are many hotels around.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Well placed for flying. The table in the room gives the possibility of eating there. Apart from that, the hotel is expensive compared to the services offered: no equipment except soap.

The area is quite large, about 40 square meters, and the window unit is a bit noisy. It is not far from the beach and the business district, and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Hotel is dated, old and dirty. Pool was not clean and hot tub blocked off and broken. Elevators are confusing and wait times can be 5+ minutes. Beautiful views from ocean rooms. Please renovate this great location.
