Chic & Basic Gravity

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappointment was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Very good service

This clean, modern hotel is perfectly located if you walk everywhere like me. The friendly, informative staff make this hotel as near as perfect as it can be. The rooms have an espressor machine, mini bar fridge, and a lovely rain shower with beautiful fluffy towels. The funky elevator decor is a conversation piece. I had a garden suite with a balcony and did not hear any street noise. There is a fantastic restaurant in the hotel, but there are numerous options in all directions. I stayed nine nights and found a laundromat a four minute walk away and a small local grocer the same in the other direction.

Really cool hotel, great location for Porto centre sight seeing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a breakfast included which was quite extensive. Rooms were clean and modern.
