"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?"

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but overall I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and each room comes with its own private pool. You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes. Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite. Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long."

"The villa has its own private pool and is right by the sea, so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. If you wake up early, you can even collect seashells on the steps after the tide goes out. There are great restaurants nearby, and it's easy to go on boat trips. It's also close to the lighthouse, making everything very convenient. It would be even more fun to visit with family and friends."

"A fantastic family-friendly resort! ✨ Everything you need, from dining to accommodation and entertainment, is all in one place. Our dedicated butler, Taozi (Peach), was so thoughtful and really took the stress out of traveling with kids. I've already saved this place for our next trip! It was excellent. A big thank you to Taozi for the room upgrade. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. The beach sand is super fine, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. We didn't have time to check out the indoor playground, which was a shame. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. But we'll definitely be back next time! Highly recommend!"

"The room is very good, very spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk service is particularly good. I will pick up the luggage in advance and help to turn on the air conditioner in the room in advance. It is not hot and cool. The room facilities are also very new. "This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!"

"For our three-night stay, the hotel offered a complimentary airport transfer (either pick-up or drop-off at Sanya Phoenix Airport). The owner had initially promised both airport pick-up and high-speed rail station drop-off. However, after considering our plans, we ultimately opted to rent a car for convenience. A complimentary professional photoshoot was also offered, but my family didn't take advantage of it. We booked two rooms and stayed for three consecutive nights. I was personally very satisfied, and the service was excellent. Funnily enough, on our second day, I even ran into an old elementary school classmate during breakfast! What a small world! My friend stayed at the boathouse next door for their first night. My entire family stayed here for all three days, and everyone was very happy with it. Renting a car is essential for getting around conveniently in this area. P.S. The lady who runs the convenience store next door is incredibly kind and enthusiastic, giving us lots of local tips and recommendations. We had an absolute blast playing at the beach – so much fun we were practically hanging seaweed from our ears!"

"I genuinely want to recommend this Westin in Lingshui to all parents traveling with kids! We specifically chose it to avoid crowds, and it turned out to be an absolute godsend. The beach is incredibly soft and fine, and the famous 'singing sand' truly lived up to its reputation. The best part was how few people there were during the off-season; the entire beach felt like our private backyard. We splurged on a balcony suite with a private pool, and at 155 square meters, there was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. Waking up to watch the sunrise over the sea from bed was magical, and in the evenings, we'd soak in the pool on the balcony while waiting for the 'orange sea' sunset – the colors were beyond words. The kids absolutely loved the Kids' Club. With activities like making cookies, catching sand crabs, and picking coconuts, their schedule was packed. Our four-year-old didn't want to leave, and the heated pool with a slide was a constant hit. I especially have to commend our butler, Parker. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews before our trip, but those worries were completely unfounded. He provided a detailed itinerary in advance, responded instantly to messages, and made dining so easy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we could order local Lingshui sour noodles via delivery, paired with a refreshing salted starfruit drink – pure bliss. Parking was ample, and it was just a few minutes' drive to Monkey Island. Honestly, our entire family has already decided to come back. It's quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is truly attentive. It's the perfect spot for a family trip with kids."

"The hotel has a swimming pool which the kids like very much. After contacting the housekeeper, the water was changed. The beach near the hotel is less crowded and relatively clean. It takes only a few minutes to walk. The disadvantage is that it is relatively remote, about 10 kilometers from the city. There are only small shops and one or two breakfast shops nearby. There is a commercial area about 2 kilometers away, but it is not fully developed. There are only a few shops, including coconut chicken. The kitchen allows you to cook by yourself. It is a bit far to buy groceries. The housekeeper is very nice. Just contact him if you have any questions. In general, it is not bad.
