"The hotel itself is so great! But I think I need a car to go to the hotel. The hotel does operate a car. There is also an airport pick-up service. The height is so great to see the landscape and the facilities are great. It's not cheap, but you can get the service you paid for. The exterior of the hotel also contributes to making you want to go. The rooms are spacious and wonderful. It has a large room that can accommodate 5 or 6 people and it seems to be a very good hotel for families to come and hospice."

"Hotel appeared beautiful. Then you get to your room which are in need of renovations. Why I gave a 1 in cleanliness was the ceilings had what appeared to be mold, and so did the bed sheets. There was no hot water and the fully stock bar was anything but full. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!"

"Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people."

"Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. A first class service from the person who receives you at the hotel and opens the door of the car where you arrive, the people who kindly attend you at the reception with a smile and an authentic sense of service, the porters who go out of their way to ask you for a taxi and help you load what you bring without being asked, and anyone who works in the hotel in the reception area is undoubtedly there to serve you with the best service disposition. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”. The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. "The room facilities are too bad. The location is great. Just downstairs is the seaside. It is an old hotel. I stayed here for 4 days. Breakfast was so so."

"We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”"

"Compliant, in relation to the daily price. Facilities with lack of building maintenance. Buffet food very good. Difficult to have dinner in the restaurant, too many obstacles, so that people cannot go more than once a week. The subject of drinks in the buffet is upon request, making the delay in bringing you the drink that you do not want to order again. By putting some sodas available, some beers and some wines, they would make the gastronomic experience much more pleasant. The daily shows, they comply. The animators comply. Beautiful beach. Nice pool. Nice skybar. Generally good."

"Hotel with the basics, the rooms feel old, especially the air conditioning. It has a kitchenette, plates, glasses, pots, etc. The beach is good for snorkeling, it has a lot of rock, there is a lot of dangerous fauna, such as hedgehogs, we even saw a sea snake. The prices of food in the restaurant and drinks are not cheap, if you are going on an austere plan you better prepare your food. In general, good cost/benefit ratio."
