"Well. Initially I booked a big room, but the first hotel experience in this city wasn’t as expected in the online pictures, so I asked this Orange place apartment in advance to let me know if their pictures are close to reality. They told that maybe the apartment I initially booked is maybe older and not so modern and clean and that they have only this smaller apartment available for my arrival time and that is clean and new but also that I had to pay a difference for it.. which was a bit funny because the place is much smaller than the one I booked but not old. Anyway, no problem I paid the difference and checked in, the location is very good for your experience, the online support team is there all the time talking to you but my issue was still the cleanliness of the place. How’s possible they to clean all over but still have other people hair in bathroom, bed lingerie and on the floor? That ai didn’t like.. and I informed them and they said they will try to do better cleaning from now on so.. 🤷🏼♀️"

"We stayed at Aspera for several nights and absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the warm hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish and our room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect, the city view was amazing and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including bathrobes, a Dyson hair dryer, a quality speaker and a projector. Housekeeping was excellent every day. The only downside we noticed was the sound insulation. The room door doesn’t block noise very well, so conversations in the hallway and doors opening or closing can be heard quite clearly. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of Asian and Western dishes, fresh fruit, delicious desserts and freshly baked pastries. We especially loved that coffee was freshly prepared by the barista instead of being served from a machine. The complimentary afternoon tea with drinks and snacks was also a lovely bonus. The location couldn’t be better. Most of Chongqing’s main attractions, pedestrian streets, the night market, Arhat Temple, the riverside and the metro are all within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing."

GGuest UserChoosing the right hotel really makes traveling so much easier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The hotel is close to the scenic spots, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is quiet and safe, with excellent facilities and plenty of toiletries. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in an excellent location! You just take the elevator down to the first floor, cross the street, and you're at the Hongyadong scenic area. The river view at night is absolutely stunning. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are clean and fresh. They also have a gym, a laundry room, and a lovely snack bar in the lobby with delicious treats. What was even more surprising was the children's play area – my kids had a blast! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was both rich and tasty. All in all, it's great value for money. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend it!

Plus, its city-center location makes it super convenient to get anywhere, and it's really close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. It's fantastic! I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time!

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. Our room was spotless, and the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were so kind and patient. You can walk to Jiefangbei in just ten minutes, and the Cloud Eye observation deck and Yangtze River Cableway are right nearby too. Plus, the room offered an absolutely amazing view for night photography!

The room is clean and provided a nice view of the Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge and the behind view of the Hongyadong. The picture attached is the city view from a room on the 12th floor. The lobby is located on the 15th floor. Location provided amenities such as laundry, gym, and parking (self paid). It is located in the city and was walking distance from subways. Lots of food locations close by to explore and shopping. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towel provided daily. It was enjoyable stay.

MM54825****Every time I visit Chongqing, I choose to stay at Xingyou Hotel in Times Mansion, right next to Jiefangbei. I love its minimalist, clean, and smart design. What's even better is its location; from the hotel room, you can see the bustling and lively Jiefangbei and its surroundings below, and the view is especially stunning at night. The hotel owner is a clean-cut and kind young man, and the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. I accidentally sprained my foot while out sightseeing, so I couldn't go anywhere and had to stay in the hotel. The owner and the front desk lady brought me lots of water and asked what I wanted to eat. I said I wanted sour and spicy noodles, and they brought those too. Eating sour and spicy noodles while gazing at the view outside the window, I couldn't help but think of that saying: Chongqing is a city you'll never want to leave once you've arrived...

JJingjingyI stayed at Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing for 12 nights (June 8–20, 2026) while visiting my family in Chongqing, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is in a great location. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the hotel staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Lin Yan, who cleaned my room every day. She was incredibly responsible and meticulous. My room was always spotless and beautifully organized. The hotel also surprised me with a fresh fruit plate every two days, which was a thoughtful and welcoming touch. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Huimin, the concierge, whose warm, professional, and attentive service made my stay even more enjoyable. There was also a young gentleman at the front entrance who wore glasses. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but I will never forget his kindness. When I arrived on June 8, he helped carry my two large suitcases to my room. On June 20, when I checked out around 11:50 a.m., it was raining. He kindly went outside to help me find a taxi in the rain and carefully loaded both of my heavy suitcases into the taxi. I didn’t realize until I arrived at the airport that I had forgotten to ask his name. I truly regret that and would like to say, “Thank you so much!” Another highlight was the breakfast service. Breakfast is available until 1:30 p.m., which is incredibly thoughtful for international travelers dealing with jet lag. It allowed us to enjoy breakfast without having to rush early in the morning. This hotel offers not only excellent facilities but, more importantly, genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. Thank you to everyone at Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing for making my visit to Chongqing so memorable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing and will gladly recommend this wonderful hotel to my family and friends. GGuest UserI stumbled upon this hotel by chance, saw the great reviews, and decided to book it. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Hongyadong. You can just stroll out and be at the core of the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient for enjoying the night views. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, all smart-controlled. You just need to speak to adjust the lights and curtains – it feels high-tech but isn't complicated. The biggest surprise was upgrading to a river view room at the front desk for an extra charge. From the window, you can directly see the river; during the day, the water flows gently, and at night, the lights from both banks reflect on the water. The view is truly expansive. Overall, my stay was quite hassle-free, and the service was attentive. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Chongqing. I must also mention their free luggage delivery service, which is a huge plus! After checking out, I didn't have to lug my bags to the airport myself, which was amazing. It freed up my afternoon to explore more, and I could just pick up my luggage at the airport with empty hands! Haha, I highly recommend Huanman High-Altitude River View Hotel!!!

The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service.
