We only had a difficulities to connect with the hotel Wi-Fi during our stay."

"I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. "I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. All the staff were very kind and friendly. A big thank you to all of you; we wish your hotel prosperity and many more guests!"

"The room was very clean and cozy, which made it wonderfully relaxing after long days of temple hopping. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The pool was also beautiful and quiet, perfect for an afternoon cool-down. "My wife and I had an excellent value-for-money experience at this hotel. The quality of service we received from the staff was extraordinarily good. We especially enjoyed the pool, where the water was clean and clear, as well as the very convenient on-site restaurant, which offered a variety of tasty, reasonably priced Asian and Western dishes. Tuk-tuk drivers were often waiting at the hotel gate, ready to take us anywhere we wanted to go at very reasonable prices. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was pleasant, with no shortage of hot water. The rooftop terrace was particularly enjoyable at night. It provided a place where I could relax, gaze at the night sky — stars above and, at times, lightning in the distance — and observe the fascinating microcosm of life that unfolded in the street below night after night. The only negative was the loud music played by a bar/restaurant across the road between 7 p.m. and midnight. I suggest that the hotel consider double-glazing the windows to help address this form of noise pollution."

"Didn’t spend long here but everything was pleasant from our stay, staff were nice helped me exchange a $100 bill to smaller change, did laundry and I paid an extra $5 for breakfast one morning which was very good value, so satisfied we have already booked to return here when we return to Siem Reap"

"If you are looking for a beautifully relaxing retreat with a wonderful boutique feel, this hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. The entire team truly exemplifies ”service with a smile,” making us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. We want to give a very special shoutout to Daren, who went completely above and beyond to arrange a beautifully special room for our honeymoon. It added such a thoughtful, personal touch to our celebration that we will never forget. If you are looking to unwind, you absolutely must see Kimvon she gave me the most amazing foot massage that melted all my stress away. We also want to highlight Daryl and Leakhana, who both provided consistently wonderful and prompt service whenever we had a request, always delivering it with incredible warmth. The impeccable service combined with the charming boutique vibe left us feeling genuinely and deeply relaxed. We would absolutely love to visit again in the future and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!"

"I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away."

I saw the reviews of the hotel in Google, Booking, and Trip.com and I was in doubt whether these reviews are true or fake.. but now I know they are 1000% true. Everything was truly perfect during my stay, I literally have nothing bad to say. Once I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by Anita, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She handled my check-in and gave me so many insights and great recommendations about Siem Reap. The staff in the hotel are flawless and kind. The location of the hotel is close to the Ankgor Wat temple and other tourist attractions. The hotel offers tok-tok drop offs around the city for 1$. I would definitely recommend everyone to ONLY stay here if they’re visiting Seam Reap."
