"The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them."

"I had a truly disappointing stay with Bluegreen Vacations. The accommodations were far below acceptable standards—our room was dirty and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unbearable. Despite this, the customer service has been even worse. I’ve been trying to resolve these issues for over a month now, and the lack of responsiveness and helpfulness is incredibly frustrating. They seem completely uninterested in addressing the problems, leaving me feeling unheard and ignored. For the price paid, I expected much better, and I definitely won’t be booking with them again. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!"

"Unfortunately I had high expectations for this stay, but I was really disappointed. We booked a stargazer tent with the kids tent - please be aware that there is no heat source for the kids tent. At no point during the reservation process was I notified that there is no heat in the kids tent. Had I known, I would have prepared a little more or changed my reservation. The Smoky Mountains in October get cold at night and the kids tent was freezing. Totally unacceptable - we had all of our kids sleeping with us in a king bed at night. When I asked the front desk about this, they told me that they can give us some extra blankets. For the price point, I just would have expected some more thought to be put into this or at least tell us what to expect."

"Location is great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.. My only problem was parking.. I reserved a premier room so I could park in front of my room, however, I couldn't park in front of my premier room when arrived, due to no spaces available. We arrived late so I assumed that all spaces were full with hotel guest in premier rooms. The next day, after arriving back at the hotel, from sight seeing, all spaces were full again. When I asked about the issue, I was told the hotel allows people not staying at the hotel to park and leave the property to go to restaurants nearby, and that I could park by the log cabin at the end of the property.. Not Cool!! I paid for a premier so I could park in front of my room. I shouldn't be charged for a premier room that I can't park in front of. We were there from Friday to Tuesday and was able to park in front of our room for a half of one day.. If they are going to charge a higher price for a room to park in front of, you should be able to park in front of it.... Not allow people not staying at the hotel to park in those spaces and then leave the property."

"We usually stay in hotels, and our first night here was pleasant. The service was good, and the room was clean, well‑stocked, and the King bed was very comfortable. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom was much smaller than what we’re used to. Our biggest issue came on the second night, when the parking lot noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and definitely met our expectations."
