I originally booked a hotel of a similar standard nearby, but then I changed my mind and switched to this one. And honestly, it was a great decision! From the room upgrade to the complimentary breakfast, and the warm, attentive, and detailed service from the front desk staff, everything felt incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast was also very clean and plentiful. Although the restaurant isn't large, the variety of breakfast options was excellent, and the staff were very prompt with their service. Room service was quick to respond, and I even received a small gift at checkout. This stay really changed my perception, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The staff are super friendly and patient, especially with kids. Check-in was fast and efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. My little one absolutely loved the robot! 🤖🤖 It's wonderfully quiet at night, so the kids' sleep wasn't disturbed at all. Overall, it's safe, comfortable, and great value for money. The smart home features were great, and the price was reasonable too. It's also quite close to the subway station. I stayed on the '3 and a half' floor, which was interesting and surprisingly quiet at night, perfect for light sleepers.

There were large bottles of mineral water in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room had an open-plan layout, a bit different from other hotels. When I checked in, the front desk staff, Julie, saw I was sweating a lot and proactively offered me tissues, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodles – they were delicious and came with a great variety of toppings. Seriously good!

Hotel was very comfortable, room was lovely, clean and nicely furnished, the staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay, bringing us tea while we waited for drivers in the lobby, leaving out umbrellas on rainy days, helping with laundry, helping to translate, always so polite and kind. I would definitely stay here again. Huge shopping centre across the road, very convenient. Only about an 8 minute walk to the metro.
