Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, never being dismissive. The room was very clean, with no noticeable stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding felt fresh and dry, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious enough, not cramped at all. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly; the hot water came on quickly, making showers very enjoyable. Soundproofing was also decent; I didn't hear any annoying noises at night, so I slept very well. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—so I didn't wake up with a sore back. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to find food or catch a taxi. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far. The bathroom amenities were complete, with towels and toiletries provided, which was sufficient for daily use. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and there were no unpleasant odors. The only minor point is that there's a little room for improvement in some small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. For this price, I'm very satisfied with the facilities. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends traveling here for a reliable and worry-free stay.

The service was great! There are various dining options within the building, so you don't even have to leave to choose from different cuisines. The swimming pool was especially comfortable, and they also have a sauna, massage, and jet bath, which you can enjoy all to yourself. You can also watch both the sunrise and sunset from the hotel.

It was alright, but the breakfast was just so-so (not sure if that's common in Shanghai). The cleanliness was decent. However, the key card didn't work in the elevator. It's about an 8-minute walk to the subway station, which makes getting around convenient. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days. Across the street is the Grand Gateway, and it's easy to transfer to the Bund.

The public areas perfectly address the needs of business travelers: a 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities means I can quickly get my business attire in order. The gym is great for a quick workout to relax, and the Zhuju reading area is quiet and elegant, ideal for impromptu meetings or small business discussions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western cuisine, including freshly made noodles and rich, freshly brewed coffee. They start serving early, so even if you have an early meeting or train, you can still enjoy a full and satisfying meal.

The hotel's environment and location are both excellent. The room was very comfortable, and it was convenient to do laundry on the second floor, just a quick elevator ride down. It was also very quiet. Getting around to different attractions was super easy.

It was pretty good. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. They saw we had a child and sent a small gift, thanks to the lady at the front desk for her service. My child needed formula, and the cleaning staff brought two bottles of water, which was thoughtful and kind. P.S. There's a current event at Daning Park, and we could see the fountain from our room window, so we didn't have to go out in the heat to see it.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.
