Environment: I'm a father of two, and my younger child is very young and has poor sleep quality, so I'm quite worried about noise before checking in. However, after staying at this hotel, my child slept very well at night. It was much quieter than some hotels I've stayed in before, which not only made my child sleep comfortably but also allowed me, the father, to get a good night's sleep. The hotel also has a beautiful garden. Although I didn't stay in their garden-themed room, I went into the garden from the front desk, and it was lovely—lush, green, and filled with birdsong! I definitely want to experience it next time I have the chance. Service: During check-in, the receptionist thoughtfully offered some snacks to my older child and provided slippers and toiletries for children. They even asked beforehand whether it was a boy or a girl because their toiletries came in pink and blue series—so considerate and meticulous! What surprised me most was the young man at the front desk. Although he was a bit shy, he greeted us with a smile, which made me feel very warm! He also escorted us to our room, saving us time searching for it! Parking was very convenient, and there were no parking fees during our stay. What I really appreciate is their afternoon tea set. They called our room in the afternoon to ask if we wanted afternoon tea, although we were out shopping. However, when we returned in the evening, they asked what we would like for afternoon tea, and they had a wide variety of teas! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and even the toilet had disposable seat covers. The lobby was spotless, needless to say! Best of all, guests are not allowed to smoke in the lobby, so my baby wouldn't inhale secondhand smoke while sitting there. This hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

First time here, and it exceeded my expectations! The environment is clean and grand. Sunny's service was exceptional – not only efficient but also incredibly gentle, making me feel very comfortable. She even helped me reserve a parking spot for my electric scooter in advance. The room facilities are all pretty good, and the best part is I slept really well. Overall, it's great value for money, highly recommend it to everyone!

The quality is consistently reliable, the space is spacious and not cramped, and thoughtful details are evident everywhere, ensuring a superb stay experience. The staff are also very enthusiastic; what impressed me most was Ms. Eve, who helped us check in. She patiently introduced the hotel and nearby dining options throughout, and was very kind to the children. Full marks for everything!

The hotel is very good: large, clean rooms and responsive staff who are always ready to help in difficult situations. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the daily practice of staff walking around the rooms and sometimes entering without knocking to leave fruit as a gift. They even enter when the ”Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging or the light is on. I kindly ask the hotel staff not to do this. Other than that, the hotel and its staff are truly very good.

The noise of the external unit of the central air conditioner in the room is really loud, and you can hear the sound of the air conditioner compressor working when you sleep at night.

For those who like quietness and hot springs, this will be a great choice. 2. The room service is very good. When you check in, there will be a special housekeeper to add your WeChat, and then you can contact the housekeeper through WeChat for any needs, and the reply speed is very fast, the service attitude is also very good, basically responsive. 3. This place is still a distance away from Evergrande Sea Venice Hotel. It takes 3.5km or about 10 minutes to take a taxi or drive there. For breakfast, you can go there to eat buffet, or you can ask the housekeeper to provide door-to-door delivery. There are photos of breakfast delivered to the room in the photos. Overall, the quality is still very good. 4. As for the Five Kingdoms Hot Spring Tickets and Bihai Silver Beach Tickets given when booking a room, it may be due to seasonal reasons. Whether it is the number of tourists taking a hot spring bath or the number of people in the Bihai Silver Beach scenic area, there are very few people. The scenic area is still under renovation, and the sea water looks a bit dirty. Others: The air conditioner has been turned on when entering the room, and the room is very warm. Because it happened to be raining in Qidong and it was cold outside, it was still very considerate. When you enter the hotel and scenic area, all the service staff will smile and wave at you. They are very enthusiastic, which is worth affirming. In short, the overall stay experience is good, and it is recommended to try!

Facilities: The hotel features a chess and card room, golf course, billiards, a gym, a movie theater, a wine shop, a cigar bar, a tea bar, a laundry room, a fishing platform, and a karaoke bar. Cleanliness: Very clean, even barefoot doesn't get dirty. Environment: Across from the hotel is a golf course and a hot spring water park, perfect for both adults and children. There's a hot spring on the first floor and a sauna on the second floor, as well as a children's water park and a children's playground. Services: Free access to the hot spring park across from the hotel with the hotel package. I'd love to visit again someday, but one downside is that it's not suitable for those without a car. There are no dedicated tourist routes to other attractions outside the hotel, so taxis are required.

Full marks for the Qidong Evergrande Venice Hotel! It boasts a stunning sea view – open the window and you're greeted by the ocean. The private white sand beach is fine and clean, and the hot springs and kids' park are excellent amenities, making it super easy and stress-free for families with children. A special thank you to Bao Xia from the staff; she was incredibly patient and thorough during check-in, proactively explained the tour routes to us, and was incredibly quick to respond to our needs. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made our vacation experience absolutely perfect. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next seaside getaway!
