"This hotel is nestled within a hot spring village, offering a beautiful environment that truly makes you feel close to nature. Tengchong isn't a very large area, so travel time from the hotel to various scenic spots won't exceed 30 minutes.
The private hot spring is set in a charming little courtyard, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The afternoon tea included in our room package required a reservation in advance, as they prepare a limited number of sets daily. If our schedule was tight and we missed the afternoon tea time, they were happy to deliver it to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, the service maintained the Banyan Tree standard. My only surprise was the lack of Christmas atmosphere in Tengchong; even a major international brand like Banyan Tree had no Christmas decorations or elements during the holiday season."

The front desk sisters are very warm and friendly, help with luggage, warmly introduce various inquiries, and there are many books on the first floor of the small courtyard. The room was also very clean. Pick us up to another place for breakfast the next morning. Very pleasant stay for travel."

MM42420****I rarely write reviews, but this stay at the Tengchong Jingge Hotel was extremely disappointing. First, for a price of 1395 yuan per night, the room, bathroom, shower, and toilet were incredibly small, and the elevator in the public area couldn't even accommodate two people standing side-by-side. Second, during check-in, we asked a staff member to fill the hot spring pool in our room, but when we soaked in the outdoor public hot spring pool, it was very cold. We thought we could soak in it again later in our room, but when we asked, they said there was only one staff member on the night shift and she was unavailable. We said we would wait until she finished delivering to another room before getting hot water, and after some hesitation, we agreed, but she could only fill it and leave immediately; she couldn't even wait two minutes for the cold water to fill. Third, in a rush to check out in the morning, I accidentally left a room key in my pocket. After leaving, I specifically called to apologize. They replied that I either had to have it delivered or pay 20 yuan in compensation. For such a high-end hotel with such an expensive room rate, is it really worth the extra 20 yuan? Well, thankfully our driver thought it was a small matter and returned it. But this kind of service will definitely not happen again.

Their SPA truly lives up to its reputation! I chose the 'Hot Stone Massage + Essential Oil Back Massage,' and the masseuse's technique was incredibly professional. After the massage, I felt completely light and refreshed ✨ Remember to book in advance!

▪️ Best to travel by rental car; it's about a 40-minute drive from Tengchong Airport.
▪️ I recommend staying at least 2 nights; one night simply isn't enough to experience everything!
▪️ Definitely join the nearby 'Hiking in the Rice Fields' and 'Terraced Fields' activities. The 3km trek is very worthwhile, with a hotel guide leading the way and teaching kids about jungle knowledge. 📸

LLemengdengdejiajiaHaving had a wonderful experience at the Bolian in Kunming, I wanted to try the Heshun Bolian hotel near Heshun Ancient Town when I arrived in Tengchong. The hotel is very distinctive, with a clean, unified color scheme. Located right next to the bustling town, it offers a tranquil and relaxing retreat. We chose a duplex bathhouse, which we absolutely loved. The high ceilings made the room feel spacious and airy, and the sanitation was impeccable. I'd especially like to highlight the excellent service at the Bolian. Front desk manager Yang Yunli was incredibly helpful and attentive, accommodating all our requests and handling any issues quickly, ensuring a truly wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, especially the thin bean flour fried dough sticks for breakfast. Thank you! I'll definitely stay at the Bolian again when I visit Tengchong.

It is completely the picture in the movie, the 360-degree mountain view without dead ends, and the shots are blockbuster, and there is no need for filters at all! 📸
The check-in experience is also full score 💯, the decoration is the kind of modern style with a very texture, the bedding is super comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry and has a smart toilet.
My favorite is the oversized terrace, get a cup of coffee, and watch the mountains and clouds in the distance. It’s not too pleasant.
The boss also raised a very beautiful little fat cat.

GGuest UserThis stay was excellent, comfortable and relaxing. First, the location was great. A driver took us directly to the hotel after we got off the plane; he was polite and friendly, and even gave a brief tour of the scenery along the way. The hotel isn't located in an ancient town, so it's quiet and peaceful, and taxis are the main mode of transportation.
Second, the service was excellent. Since we arrived early, the room wasn't ready yet, but the general manager was there and warmly welcomed us with tea and snacks. Our conversation was very pleasant. A dedicated butler provided direct service, answering all our questions and responding to our needs.
Most importantly, the room environment was wonderful. The courtyard suite had one bedroom, one living room, and two bathrooms. The courtyard had a private hot spring bath. The room was clean, and it was so relaxing to sunbathe in the courtyard in the afternoon and enjoy the private hot spring bath in the evening. I didn't want to leave the hotel.
Finally, the hotel's overall environment truly had a forest atmosphere. Each courtyard was independent and secluded, and we could enjoy the hotel's hot springs and various outdoor pools – a fantastic experience. The breakfast was also quite plentiful, and the lady cooking the rice noodles was very thoughtful.
Overall, staying at the Rhododendron King Forest Hotel during off-peak travel periods (outside of holidays) is a great choice for both value and a fantastic experience.

但是，過了半夜就沒熱水了，告知前台後，前台先是搪塞説下雨導致管路變冷，我説我已經放了10分鐘了。
然後派了客房服務大姐來檢查，大姐説有的房間冷熱是標反的，我回復不可能，因為冷的那邊明顯更冷，熱的那邊温度稍高一點點 但依然連温水的程度都達不到 無法用來洗澡，大姐試了一會兒無奈退走，又叫了工程部的大叔來檢查。
大叔來了之後鼓弄了一陣，和我説其他房間也沒熱水，整棟樓都沒熱水，最後又説熱泵已經關了，要早上6點半才開始供應熱水；經過上述輪番的幾次表演，我徹底無奈，告知大叔那至少讓我洗個澡再睡覺吧，提供一個乾淨的盆，然後給我幾壺開水我自己兑着稍微洗一下也行，大叔説找一下，最後盆也沒有，給了一個保温壺，讓我自己用房間內燒水壺燒（內心已有羊駝在飛奔）。
到此刻我內心已經釋然，我告知大叔，那既然6點半能供熱，現在暫時打開供熱我洗個澡，你要關再關也可以吧，被大叔告知供熱需要加熱1個小時才會有熱水；我回復他，那目前的情況是，你讓我等到6點半才有熱水，也就是説你5點半才開供熱，而你現在開供熱，我就衹需要等待1個小時而不是等到早上6點半，你要麼現在開，我等一個小時洗澡睡覺，要麼你和前台説把房費退我，我現在重新找有熱水的酒店入住。
大叔説他去解決一下讓我稍等，不到3分鐘，大叔回來説供熱現在已經打開了；此時我抱着試試看的心態打開了水龍頭，原本大叔口中需要1小時以後才會變熱的水，此時正以比之前放了很久都沒熱水狀態時更大的水壓，並且摸上去都燙手的狀態奔湧而出。
此時此刻，除了慶幸自己的堅持讓我能在入睡前洗上一個舒服的熱水澡以外，沒有其他任何想法。
所以，你們的員工從上到下，從前台到客房再到工程部其實是知道沒熱水的原因是關掉了供熱，而不是什麼諸如：“下雨讓熱泵工作效率變低”、“冷熱水標簽貼反”、“開供熱之後需要加熱1個小時才有熱水用”等等的謊言。
長久的經營需要的是誠信，而不是敷衍和欺騙

Secondly, although the hotel is named Yunfengshan Hot Spring Hotel, it still exists to the scenic spot 2.5 kilometers, and the hotel does not provide free shuttle bus to the scenic spot. Didi taxi by yourself This place is very desolate and no one takes orders at all. It is not a lot of money to drive the transportation fee. (Fortunately, the hotel provides a taxi service. It is a bit more expensive) Secondly, the road in the mountains is difficult to drive. There are a lot of burning on the road. The fog in the mountains and the smoke of burning the smog cause low visibility and poor road conditions. The road is full of large trucks loaded with ore and uncovered. There are two lanes in total. When we came out of the hotel, we saw other vehicles on the road. There was a traffic accident. Causes road blockage. The scenery of Yunfeng Mountain itself is relatively general and not colorful. But the vegetarian food on Yunfeng Mountain is delicious and not expensive. You can consider whether you need to travel.

MMulticsThis parent-child hot spring trip, this hotel is the last stop we booked, from booking to check-in, very happy. First of all, the decoration of the parent-child suite is said to be Thai style. The bed in the room is my most satisfied. I have a good night's sleep after playing for so many days. The hot springs are not as strong as the sulfur smell of the hot sea bubble. This has no taste and is very comfortable to soak.
Feeling these days, we all feel that the people in this small city are very kind, and everyone is very enthusiastic wherever they go. The stores I met will solve our problems in time and provide many useful travel suggestions. Highly recommended for families who plan a parent-child hot spring trip. Next time we have the opportunity, we will choose here and enjoy the happy parent-child time again.
