(Just between us 🤫: My husband immediately said the hotel owner must know feng shui! The location is just perfect – a place where the wind is sheltered and energy gathers, surrounded by mountains and water. I'm not in good health and almost always have insomnia, but I slept incredibly soundly for the three days I stayed here!!) We originally only planned to stay one day, but the environment and energy were so good that we extended our stay for two more days! If we weren't rushing to catch up on our itinerary, we would have stayed a week, not wanting to go anywhere else, just staying in the hotel! After staying here, all I can say is: I'll be comparing all other hotels to this one from now on… I've stayed in many so-called luxury hotels, both domestic and international, but this owner is a rare example of someone with OCD! The attention to detail makes you feel sophisticated everywhere you go; their aesthetic sense is impeccable! The room decor and interior furnishings are truly meticulous (in a good way)! From a small kettle to a tissue box, everything is tastefully chosen, exuding a sense of luxury that you can see, touch, and feel comfortable using. The room has underfloor heating, so there's no need to turn on the air conditioning, and it's not dry at all. The slippers are always warm! I've stayed in many seemingly luxurious hotels, but the details are nowhere near as impressive as Cloud Palace Starry Sky… If it were during an economic boom, I think it would be incredibly successful!! The room views are absolutely stunning! Sky, clouds, mountains, trees, and water are all right in front of you. The overall environment, cleanliness, and service are impeccable! The private hot spring bath is on the balcony; soaking in the hot spring while breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the grassland view is so soothing! I even had the illusion of being back in New Zealand/Australia…so relaxing! The service and emotional value are off the charts! The butler is so considerate! He replies to messages instantly and even drives to pick us up every morning to go to the restaurant for breakfast (the walk is actually very short). But this feeling of being taken care of is a real plus. Breakfast offers four set menus to choose from, and they are very plentiful. We usually eat around 10:30 am, combining breakfast and lunch. I recommend ordering the steak and salmon set menus! For dinner, we ordered stir-fries at the restaurant. Their chef must have an extremely high culinary skill level! The stir-fries have a smoky, wood-fired flavor, so we ate dinner at the restaurant for three consecutive days! It was so delicious, and the dinner menu was very reasonably priced! By the way, you absolutely must try their braised pork belly and cat-tooth rice fried rice! Absolutely amazing! Who came up with that?! When we left, the butler and manager even gave us a gift bag and coffee! So thoughtful, I almost felt a little embarrassed 🥹 I'll definitely bring my family back for a second visit! I've never written such a long review before… But I highly recommend this place!

[I'll definitely be back!] I found my dream vacation at the Lanyue Hot Spring Hotel! I absolutely give this hotel a full five-star rating! From check-in to check-out, every detail delighted me. The room experience was a perfect score! ✨ Upon entering the hotel, I was struck by the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows—the mountain views outside were breathtaking, breathtakingly beautiful both day and night. Every public area in the hotel is beautifully decorated. The room layout was incredibly well-organized, with clever use of space. It was spacious yet quaint, with a touch of Southeast Asian charm. The decor was incredibly tasteful, exuding sophistication throughout—perfect for my taste! What surprised me most was the in-room hot spring bath—it was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the night sky at night was truly a relaxing experience. The bedding quality exceeded expectations 🛏️ I have to give a special shout-out to their bedding. The mattress, down comforter, and feather pillows were all five-star hotel quality, with excellent support. I slept incredibly soundly these past few days. The service was so warm and homey 👩💼 The service here truly touched me! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the proprietress was incredibly friendly, like an old friend. From check-in instructions to itinerary suggestions, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The proprietress even walked us to the door upon departure. It's that homely feeling you can't get in a large hotel. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious 🍽️ The breakfast set menu was carefully curated, featuring fresh ingredients, well-balanced combinations, and a little surprise each day. It was both filling and satisfying, perfect for starting the day. The hotel also has an adorable kitten, Jixiang, who was incredibly clingy. Just sitting on the sofa in the lobby, petting him and gazing at the sky was truly relaxing. I've already highly recommended this gem of a hotel to my friends! Whether it's a date, a family trip, or just someone seeking solace, this is the perfect choice. Believe me, you'll love it!

Stayed for three nights in a row. The room faced the lake. The view was good, the air was good, the room was large, the mattress was comfortable, the staff had a very good attitude, the free massage vouchers were worth it, and the fruits delivered every day were very fresh. The hot spring is very comfortable and the water is changed every day. As for the shortcomings, the only thing is that the hair dryer is not very powerful. I would like to stay here next time I come to Tengchong. So comfortable.

I specifically booked this hotel to enjoy the private hot spring, but unfortunately, the water was cold and unusable. While the hotel's environment was lovely and the staff's service was excellent, the hot spring facility was a significant disappointment. They sent us to Dongshan Hot Spring Village instead, but we arrived during an extremely crowded period, which completely dampened our spirits. Although it was reportedly fixed by evening, the next morning when we tried to use it again, the water was still not suitable. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these hot spring issues. Surely, recent rainfall shouldn't be an excuse for the water temperature being so low.

Staying at this hotel in Tengchong felt like stepping into a paradise! The hotel's hillside location offers amazing views and fresh air. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room were perfect for admiring the mountain scenery and stargazing – absolutely incredible! I woke up to the sound of birds chirping, then headed to the restaurant for a delicious bowl of rice noodles with minced pork sauce. It was such a delightful start to the day. The auntie serving us was so warm and welcoming, always encouraging us to have more if we wanted. After breakfast, you can feed the macaques, go horseback riding, or simply relax with a cup of coffee in the courtyard and soak up the sun. It's truly a healing experience, I didn't want to leave! I'll definitely be back for my next vacation.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay at the Tengchong Jingge Hotel was extremely disappointing. First, for a price of 1395 yuan per night, the room, bathroom, shower, and toilet were incredibly small, and the elevator in the public area couldn't even accommodate two people standing side-by-side. Second, during check-in, we asked a staff member to fill the hot spring pool in our room, but when we soaked in the outdoor public hot spring pool, it was very cold. We thought we could soak in it again later in our room, but when we asked, they said there was only one staff member on the night shift and she was unavailable. We said we would wait until she finished delivering to another room before getting hot water, and after some hesitation, we agreed, but she could only fill it and leave immediately; she couldn't even wait two minutes for the cold water to fill. Third, in a rush to check out in the morning, I accidentally left a room key in my pocket. After leaving, I specifically called to apologize. They replied that I either had to have it delivered or pay 20 yuan in compensation. For such a high-end hotel with such an expensive room rate, is it really worth the extra 20 yuan? Well, thankfully our driver thought it was a small matter and returned it. But this kind of service will definitely not happen again.

The views of the mountains, fields, and rice paddies are incredibly soothing. Especially noteworthy is the hotel's 'Wild Fun Garden,' where the hotel grows its own vegetables, and guests can even pick them, offering a taste of pastoral life. A special thank you to our butler, Xiao Zhou, for the consistently meticulous and thoughtful service throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient, she proactively explained how to use the hot spring, responded promptly to our requests, and thoughtfully recommended local sightseeing routes. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the service was warm and polite. The entire trip was comfortable and pleasant, making it an excellent choice for a holiday in Tengchong. Banyan Tree Exclusive - Angsana Hot Spring Experience: Extremely poetic!

Location: Situated at the foot of Yunfeng Mountain, it's just a few minutes' ride on the hotel's shuttle directly into the scenic area. Surrounded by lush mountains, you can see the peak of Yunfeng Mountain from the hotel's public areas, shaped like a pen rack, with a Ming Dynasty Taoist temple on the central summit and the Queen Mother's Palace halfway up the mountain. The culinary skills at the Yinwu Restaurant are excellent, and we all left feeling very full. Cleanliness: The service staff were generally adequate, though occasionally requests took a while to be fulfilled. After checking in, some minor cleaning details had been missed. Facilities: Most facilities are quite new, and the smart features are well-implemented. However, to use the hot springs, you need to call the control room via the landline, but sometimes no one answers, though they do call back later. The water temperature might require changing the water a few times to maintain a sufficient heat. Service: Our butler, Xiao Yang, connected with us in advance. However, with many guests, it seems he couldn't always manage everything, for instance, when I asked for a comb, the attendant brought a different kind. So, more attention to detail is needed. Overall, there might be a slight disparity between the price and the experience.

This stay was excellent, comfortable and relaxing. First, the location was great. A driver took us directly to the hotel after we got off the plane; he was polite and friendly, and even gave a brief tour of the scenery along the way. The hotel isn't located in an ancient town, so it's quiet and peaceful, and taxis are the main mode of transportation. Second, the service was excellent. Since we arrived early, the room wasn't ready yet, but the general manager was there and warmly welcomed us with tea and snacks. Our conversation was very pleasant. A dedicated butler provided direct service, answering all our questions and responding to our needs. Most importantly, the room environment was wonderful. The courtyard suite had one bedroom, one living room, and two bathrooms. The courtyard had a private hot spring bath. The room was clean, and it was so relaxing to sunbathe in the courtyard in the afternoon and enjoy the private hot spring bath in the evening. I didn't want to leave the hotel. Finally, the hotel's overall environment truly had a forest atmosphere. Each courtyard was independent and secluded, and we could enjoy the hotel's hot springs and various outdoor pools – a fantastic experience. The breakfast was also quite plentiful, and the lady cooking the rice noodles was very thoughtful. Overall, staying at the Rhododendron King Forest Hotel during off-peak travel periods (outside of holidays) is a great choice for both value and a fantastic experience.

We chose Bolian for a trip with my parents. It's a rare domestic brand that's doing well. My first stay at Bolian Chongqing was truly impressive. The staff at Heshun were very nice, but unfortunately, the management wasn't great. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and although the venue wasn't crowded, one staff member was clearly struggling on the first day. The breakfast selection was limited, and the value wasn't great. However, being able to soak in the hot springs anytime was a plus. Also, the water in the room was expired—over six months. My family accidentally drank it for two days, but luckily, nothing happened. The staff promptly apologized and provided Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes as souvenirs. It's a difficult journey for everyone. But I can't give it a perfect score. I hope the hotel manages well; building a brand isn't easy.
