On a whim, I decided to stay an extra night in Tengchong, and luckily, I chose Fayu Mountain Villa – it was definitely the biggest surprise of the trip! Although I only stayed one night, the experience was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding my expectations. 📍 Excellent Location: Surrounded by greenery, it's not far from attractions, offering both tranquility and convenient access by car or taxi. 🛏 Cozy and Comfortable Rooms: The room was impeccably clean and tidy, filled with a subtle woody scent. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The best part was soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the view outside the window, washing away all my fatigue. Attention to detail was also evident – ​​high-quality toiletries and warm lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. 💁 Home-away-from-Home Service: After booking confirmation, the butler contacted me in advance, patiently explaining the directions and important information. Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted me with welcome tea and hot towels – their service was thoughtful and attentive. They responded promptly to any questions, making me feel incredibly welcome. Besides accommodation, the restaurant's food consists of organic fruits and vegetables delivered directly from farms, and there are yoga classes every morning—a purification experience from the inside out.

(Just between us 🤫: My husband immediately said the hotel owner must know feng shui! The location is just perfect – a place where the wind is sheltered and energy gathers, surrounded by mountains and water. I'm not in good health and almost always have insomnia, but I slept incredibly soundly for the three days I stayed here!!) We originally only planned to stay one day, but the environment and energy were so good that we extended our stay for two more days! If we weren't rushing to catch up on our itinerary, we would have stayed a week, not wanting to go anywhere else, just staying in the hotel! After staying here, all I can say is: I'll be comparing all other hotels to this one from now on… I've stayed in many so-called luxury hotels, both domestic and international, but this owner is a rare example of someone with OCD! The attention to detail makes you feel sophisticated everywhere you go; their aesthetic sense is impeccable! The room decor and interior furnishings are truly meticulous (in a good way)! From a small kettle to a tissue box, everything is tastefully chosen, exuding a sense of luxury that you can see, touch, and feel comfortable using. The room has underfloor heating, so there's no need to turn on the air conditioning, and it's not dry at all. The slippers are always warm! I've stayed in many seemingly luxurious hotels, but the details are nowhere near as impressive as Cloud Palace Starry Sky… If it were during an economic boom, I think it would be incredibly successful!! The room views are absolutely stunning! Sky, clouds, mountains, trees, and water are all right in front of you. The overall environment, cleanliness, and service are impeccable! The private hot spring bath is on the balcony; soaking in the hot spring while breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the grassland view is so soothing! I even had the illusion of being back in New Zealand/Australia…so relaxing! The service and emotional value are off the charts! The butler is so considerate! He replies to messages instantly and even drives to pick us up every morning to go to the restaurant for breakfast (the walk is actually very short). But this feeling of being taken care of is a real plus. Breakfast offers four set menus to choose from, and they are very plentiful. We usually eat around 10:30 am, combining breakfast and lunch. I recommend ordering the steak and salmon set menus! For dinner, we ordered stir-fries at the restaurant. Their chef must have an extremely high culinary skill level! The stir-fries have a smoky, wood-fired flavor, so we ate dinner at the restaurant for three consecutive days! It was so delicious, and the dinner menu was very reasonably priced! By the way, you absolutely must try their braised pork belly and cat-tooth rice fried rice! Absolutely amazing! Who came up with that?! When we left, the butler and manager even gave us a gift bag and coffee! So thoughtful, I almost felt a little embarrassed 🥹 I'll definitely bring my family back for a second visit! I've never written such a long review before… But I highly recommend this place!

The room is clean and clean, the terrace is oversized, the parking is convenient, the boss and the proprietress are kind and enthusiastic, and the proprietress also made a hearty breakfast for us before leaving. If friends come to play, they will recommend it. Next time they come to Tengchong, they will stay here.

Every day after a tiring day of sightseeing, I would return to the hotel around 5 pm to soak in the hot springs and relax, then enjoy the sunset and evening glow. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, offering travel and food suggestions, and I could ask them any questions I had! Every evening, the hotel has a hearth tea ceremony where many guests sit around the fire, chatting and making new friends—the atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable! If I have the chance, I hope to come back in the spring!

This time, we booked a 180-degree floor-to-ceiling hot spring king-size bed room. When I woke up in the morning, the sun shone in. In the evening, I watched the sunset dye the skyline red. That feeling made me forget all my worries. Breakfast is not a perfunctory buffet! It is an authentic Tengchong-style breakfast, with rice noodles, rice noodles, freshly baked sweet potatoes... Sitting in the viewing restaurant, the appetite is particularly good! The butler will also arrange for you to have an exquisite afternoon tea, small-grain coffee, seasonal fruits, special snacks... Here comes the point! It is super convenient to live here. The treasure attraction Ginkgo Village is just a short drive away! In addition to these, Sanchatang is not far from the hotel! The water here is particularly clear and the air is so good! Take a walk and breathe fresh air. Sisters who like quietness and love nature must not miss it. In addition to these, there are also the characteristics of the hotel. Learn to brew a pot of mellow Yunnan Pu'er here, and feel the Zen of slowing down~ Experience the hotel's horseback riding walk. There is a place next to it where you can safely see cute little monkeys (pay attention to safety and follow the instructions). Bring some peaches to feed them, which is super fun! After a busy day, what could be more refreshing than jumping into the private hot spring in the room? It's all hot spring water, soaking away your fatigue, looking at the stars and listening to the chirping of insects, and completely relaxing~

I rarely write reviews, but this stay at the Tengchong Jingge Hotel was extremely disappointing. First, for a price of 1395 yuan per night, the room, bathroom, shower, and toilet were incredibly small, and the elevator in the public area couldn't even accommodate two people standing side-by-side. Second, during check-in, we asked a staff member to fill the hot spring pool in our room, but when we soaked in the outdoor public hot spring pool, it was very cold. We thought we could soak in it again later in our room, but when we asked, they said there was only one staff member on the night shift and she was unavailable. We said we would wait until she finished delivering to another room before getting hot water, and after some hesitation, we agreed, but she could only fill it and leave immediately; she couldn't even wait two minutes for the cold water to fill. Third, in a rush to check out in the morning, I accidentally left a room key in my pocket. After leaving, I specifically called to apologize. They replied that I either had to have it delivered or pay 20 yuan in compensation. For such a high-end hotel with such an expensive room rate, is it really worth the extra 20 yuan? Well, thankfully our driver thought it was a small matter and returned it. But this kind of service will definitely not happen again.

The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant. Both the detached villas and standard rooms come with private in-room hot springs. The views of the mountains, fields, and rice paddies are incredibly soothing. Especially noteworthy is the hotel's 'Wild Fun Garden,' where the hotel grows its own vegetables, and guests can even pick them, offering a taste of pastoral life. A special thank you to our butler, Xiao Zhou, for the consistently meticulous and thoughtful service throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient, she proactively explained how to use the hot spring, responded promptly to our requests, and thoughtfully recommended local sightseeing routes. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the service was warm and polite. The entire trip was comfortable and pleasant, making it an excellent choice for a holiday in Tengchong. Banyan Tree Exclusive - Angsana Hot Spring Experience: Extremely poetic!

We chose Bolian for a trip with my parents. It's a rare domestic brand that's doing well. My first stay at Bolian Chongqing was truly impressive. The staff at Heshun were very nice, but unfortunately, the management wasn't great. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and although the venue wasn't crowded, one staff member was clearly struggling on the first day. The breakfast selection was limited, and the value wasn't great. However, being able to soak in the hot springs anytime was a plus. Also, the water in the room was expired—over six months. My family accidentally drank it for two days, but luckily, nothing happened. The staff promptly apologized and provided Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes as souvenirs. It's a difficult journey for everyone. But I can't give it a perfect score. I hope the hotel manages well; building a brand isn't easy.

For the sunrise of Gaoligong Mountain, it really lived up to expectations! In the morning, I saw the golden morning light on the observation deck and the moment all the fatigue was dissipated. This time I took the dog on vacation, I was most worried that it was not suitable. I didn't expect it to be a pet paradise! The dog had a great time. We were immersed in the shock of the sunrise and the sea of clouds. The breakfast can be eaten freshly packaged, and the vegetables have a dewy atmosphere. In the evening, I watched an old movie in a private theater, and the meditation mat in the tea room was empty for ten minutes. This is life.

Overall, the wine package is very affordable. But the front desk is basically not in the front desk location, you need to call yourself! The hotel is mainly based on the team, and I don't pay attention to individual customers. I have met two front desks in total. One man and one woman are more enthusiastic. The man has a feeling that you spend money to see his face! Secondly, although the hotel is named Yunfengshan Hot Spring Hotel, it still exists to the scenic spot 2.5 kilometers, and the hotel does not provide free shuttle bus to the scenic spot. Didi taxi by yourself This place is very desolate and no one takes orders at all. It is not a lot of money to drive the transportation fee. (Fortunately, the hotel provides a taxi service. It is a bit more expensive) Secondly, the road in the mountains is difficult to drive. There are a lot of burning on the road. The fog in the mountains and the smoke of burning the smog cause low visibility and poor road conditions. The road is full of large trucks loaded with ore and uncovered. There are two lanes in total. When we came out of the hotel, we saw other vehicles on the road. There was a traffic accident. Causes road blockage. The scenery of Yunfeng Mountain itself is relatively general and not colorful. But the vegetarian food on Yunfeng Mountain is delicious and not expensive. You can consider whether you need to travel.
