They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people. Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise! This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Beautiful resort with spacious room. Fantastic service and amenities. Set in lush greenery and against the beautiful limestone caves of Ulu Kinta. Breakfast is included and offers both local and international cuisine…small servings so you can order multiple dishes. We also had dinner in Jeff’s Cellar….fabulous food albeit a little pricey.

The location is great, as it’s close to the city center and convenient for getting around. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities. The breakfast selection isn’t very extensive, but the food is tasty and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests, but remember to validate your parking ticket at the front desk before leaving.

We arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too. My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter.

Best stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was really satisfying. The most interesting part was the toilet with Bluetooth and face scan access to the room – truly unique. The face scanner couldn't detect my face, but it wasn't a problem because I could still use the card to enter the room. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

Excellent location with all my favourite breakfast beside the hotel and Concubine Lane directly opposite it. The place is bustling in the day time (hard to find parking) and very quiet during the night (plentiful parking).

The location is good, nearby to the eateries and easy accessible. There is also ample food parking inside and outside the place. Contactless check in and checkout as well. The only thing is there is some humid smell in the house, after open the window and get some fresh air, it’s good.
