"The Onsen is right by the theme park making access very easy. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and with a balcony overlooking the park, as seen in the picture is. I recommend especially if coming to the park"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and it came with two complimentary bottles of water. The air conditioner worked very well, keeping the room cool throughout my stay. The hotel has a good location, convenient for nearby shops and food options, and also offers free parking, which is a great bonus. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay and good value for money."

"This was our second stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel, and it was a much better experience than our first. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Classic Triple room, and having the night park passes included for both nights was a huge plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved: Amenities: The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room for both nights. Despite being told it just ”takes time” to warm up, it never did. Taking a cold shower at 11:00 PM after the night park was a major downside. Dining & Location: The hotel isn't very close to outside eateries. Room service ends around 10:00 PM, so if you return from the night park late, options are very limited. Since we visited during the Raya break, most nearby Muslim-owned shops were closed, requiring a drive to find food. Breakfast: Day one was enjoyable, but day two was a bit chaotic due to the surge of guests. Food wasn't refilled quickly enough and finding a table was a challenge and a lot of food were not refilled as it finished. Overall, a good stay for the park access, but the water temperature and breakfast logistics during peak periods need attention."

"Newly renovated with great self-service check in system, though some details need attention. Overall, I really liked the newly renovated room. The self-service process is seamless, and the message guidelines are very clear—though the video quality could be improved, it was still easy enough to understand. A few things to note: Parking: The underground car park doesn't have a direct link to the main building (likely because it's an older building that was refurbished). Room Details: The bedsheets were worn to the point of pilling ,and the curtain holder fell off during my stay, possibly due to the wall material. Despite these minor maintenance issues, I was satisfied with the renovation details. Everything still feels very fresh and new!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful."

"Really nice and comfortable house to stay with family and friends. We can see the lost world of tambun park from the balcony. Can see the fire show at night too. To go to the park just 2 minutes away. The convenience store, bila bila mart just at the ground floor. The instructions to check-in is really details and easy to understand."

"I enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience. Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities."

"Had a pleasant stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh with my family. The location was excellent and very convenient, especially for getting around and finding food nearby. The service was good overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were generally clean, although there is still a little room for improvement in cleanliness. The amenities were good and made the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would consider staying here again."

"The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though."

"Very very strategic place to Ipoh tourist places.15 minutes drives only. And the hotel room size is so so big and very comfortable. Love it so much very recommended"
