"Location is amazing just beside Lost world of tambun. Cleanliness was BAD toilet door was dirty did not clean...... and service was bad. Started off by waiting in a long line to register with the guard to show the Qr Code that the Host have generated. When it was finally my turn the Qr code is not working as its an old qr code so the guard system shows someone else have already register. After that host did not reply me for more than 10mins , I saw another person having same issue and the guard pointed to the uncle over there which is the Host staff and just confirming yes its our name who booked and the guard let us in to take our keys in the mailbox. Not sure why this airbnb does not provide tissue paper ..."

"The house cleaniness really need to improved. The sink is stuck, water outflow is slow. Even the utensils is oilly and pot is oilly also. The bedsheet got stains and toilet didn't clean properly. I wouldn't stay here anymore. The sofa foam is sinking also."

"Reasons for the low service rating: 1. Host did not initiate contact with me regarding booking information. I have to send them a message to inquire for a booking that I had already paid for. 2. Host requires a RM200 deposit which my friend who had booked with a different host at the exact same location did not demand. 3. After making the deposit payment in the morning at 10.30am and providing all other information requested, host did not respond to provide any additional information such as unit number and pin code for to retrieve access card. 4. At 5pm when I had finally arrived at the building, I still had not received any form of communication from the host. I had attempted to call their service line (+601157651449) but no one responded to the 6 calls that I had made. 5. At the mailbox area, I had also overheard another visitor that was also facing similar issue where the pin provided to her was not working and that she was also not getting response from the host. 6. Host offered late checkout that I did not need as I was departing early morning the next day. The building is relatively new but the number of lift does not cater to the residents, there are many occasions where we had to skip multiple lift rides as it was overcrowded. The unit itself is clean with basic amenities."

"Everything was in tip top shape. The room, the beds, the breakfast selection was alright. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. The only gripe that we had was the electricity. We turned off the AC at night when it got too cold, and when we woke up, the electricity was cut off. This happened for 2 nights straight. All in all, highly recommended!"
