FFaithyyHotel is just a 5min walk to ipoh parade! Close to airport too (about approx 20mins) housekeeping was good! The hotel staff were friendly too. Shoutout to the malay guy in charge of the eggs station at the hotel buffet location as he really put his heart into frying every single omelette!

YYEE CHEEIf your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).

book 2 hour before arriving ipoh because my husband just remembered about the haven so i checked and got room here. .
really nice lakeside residence. .
the receptionist is really friendly and done fastest services upon check in and checkout time. .(indian lady)so nice of her i forgot to ask for a name. .
the landscape and the view was amazing. .
room also so nice and clean. .the toilet is very clean and i love the conceptsof the toilet. .i love the view from room. .i got lake view n sunset view. .which is so nice. .the room really spacious for us and got free snacks and drinks. .
the amenities are perfect and complete. .
and we got free refreshments at the restaurant. .
breakfast buffet also has various choices. .pool are really big. .adult n kids pool and has jacuzzi. i love everything here include easy parking and got so many activitiesto do. .wo many ootd spot to take good picture. .

AAnonymous UserIt was an okay experience staying here. Easy and quick check-in. Basement car park is available at RM2/day with multiple entry. Validate your TnG card at the counter during check-in. Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet.

XXavyerra BanuThe hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

The room's layout, which included two toilets and a separate small living area perfect for dining, was a standout feature. The convenience of the minibar was also appreciated. Although it's about a 15-minute journey from the city, don't let that put you off – the services offered are top-notch. If you value space and cleanliness, this hotel is a great choice!

BbhchongI had a truly pleasant stay at this unit! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The host’s service was outstanding from the beginning, always responsive and helpful with any questions.
What truly impressed me was how the host handled a situation where I accidentally left a personal item behind after check-out. Their prompt response, clear communication, and the effort they took to locate and arrange the return of the item showed great professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful management, and I’m really grateful.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and well-managed stay. I would definitely come back again!

AAnonymous Userthe hotel is just 10 minutes to ipoh greentown , and aeon is just 10 mins away also. varities of foods around the corner , the hotel room is spacious . the laundry service need be more alert . the receptionist needed be more alert and remember about customer request .value for money stay . good for normal stay , service 7/10 . i would say

Llu_with_a_viewFantastic stay! Clean, comfortable pillows & mattress (without a bedframe - not a problem for us but just so you know). Nice sized room with hanging area & shelf. Good AC. Sufficient amount of toilets/showers, & shower has hot water. The location is great, close to the train station & by many restaurants. Note: reception is inside the compound, not on the street. Check in was simple and service friendly (though one gent on the desk couldn't help us with any info on buses to the Cameron Highlands). Pool area was cleaned daily. Would stay again.
