Koh Yao Hotels with Pools

This accommodation is set in the middle of a lush, jungle-like environment, offering a very peaceful and private atmosphere. The sound of running water adds to the calm setting in the common areas, and there are small touches like fish you can feed and hornbills you can observe, which make the experience feel special and connected to nature. Sin is a kind and helpful host with a warm personality and a good sense of humour, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The traditional Thai breakfast is delicious, as well as the fruits, especially the fresh mango. There is also a large 15m infinity pool with a beautiful view, which is a great place to relax and take in the surroundings. Overall, a calm and well-kept luxurious place, ideal if you are looking to disconnect and enjoy nature.

The hotel's location and service truly embody wild luxury. Each villa is equipped with a swimming pool, the room is very spacious, and the main concept is natural and environmentally friendly. All configurations are humanized. The housekeeper Kate accompanied us from the beginning of our stay to the end, and customized activities for us. During our stay, it happened to be my daughter's birthday. She prepared a birthday cake and arranged the table attentively and meticulously. Thank you very much! Every employee of the hotel is very enthusiastic and meticulous. I will definitely come again when I have time in the future!

We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at Cape Kudu and we loved it there. Highlights - The staff: Super friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the front desk, to restaurant waiting staff, to the housekeeping staff, to the managers… everyone seemed genuinely welcoming and there to support our every need. - Ambience: The hotel was beautiful - from the pool & restaurant with their gorgeous sea view, to the thoughtfully decorated clean & bright rooms, to the gorgeous spa, everything felt designed to help you relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings. We loved the vintage cars parked outside too… and the beautiful flowers all around… The whole place was just 🤩 Other things we loved: - It was my partner’s birthday & they put a cake in the room for us - The food & drinks at the restaurant were delicious - The musicians (restaurant had live music) were great - The spa was beautiful & we both enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage there - Easy to arrange transport (scooter rental right next door & local taxis available for getting back to the pier) Areas for improvement: - The pool in the room needed some maintenance, specifically the top rung of the ladder was missing, which made it difficult to enter and exit the pool

I visited over a weekend with my wife and three daughters. We booked a family beach villa and had a beautiful stay. Please note, that for those who are sensitive to mosquitoes, the rooms are infested with them. The property does their best in providing repellents of different types but good to know ahead of time. Also, to note, the family villa is one large open room with two king beds; perfect for families with small kids but not for two couples. The property’s access to the beach is ideal. We experienced the complimentary kayaking, and our long boat ride came to pick us up right off the private beach. The gardens, the swimming pool (1.2mtr), and the beach access makes It ideal for families with young children.

The most magical stay, bucket list type experience. Stunning island, and just the most beautiful villas. The food was amazing, the atmosphere perfect. Our villa was incredible, very relaxing. Thankyou for making our 10 year wedding anniversary one not to forget!

Pros: Excellent beachfront location with beautiful views. Guests can walk down to explore marine life and mangrove forests at low tide. The bungalows offer high privacy. The layout of the accommodation is interesting, with handcrafted details in the decor, providing a sense of tranquility and closeness to nature. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the linens are of good quality, the air conditioning is new and cool, and there is a smart TV. The bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas. The swimming pool is located next to the beach. Cons: The hotel is far from the main pier, requiring a 25-minute motorbike ride. Restaurants around the hotel are quite difficult to find. During the stay, there was only 1 staff member providing service. The cafe in front of the hotel was closed. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and a 1-hour wait for food. Facilities such as the beach bar were in a state of disrepair. Many rooms were closed and in a state of disrepair.

Overall good, clean and luxurious, especially if you want isolation and luxury, although too many people. But our bathroom door was blocked from inside, shower drain was blocked and shower flooded. Massage price is too high (5000 baht + 1000 tax), which is 15-10 times more than street price. Food is not that expensive but no local delicacies like shell fish or sato beans. Very good park and beach, nice staff and fast service, except for golf carts at peak time.

The bungalows are very cozy; it feels like you're in your grandma's village. There's a wonderful pool. For those on bikes, this is an ideal option for a night or two. While the bungalows aren't premium, we really liked the atmosphere.

Hotel is view a wonderful view, great facilities. The gym could be much better and the service in the restaurant sometimes get confused with the orders. But overall was a great experience!

We had a fantastic time for a couple of nights. We were picked up at the speedboat pier, luggage brought for us to the hotel room, greeted with a welcome drink even before checking in, and able to enjoy the remote location and quiet vibe of the hotel. The swimming pool offers a great view, and was rarely in use. This is a very well run, newly built, clean and well serviced hotel. We did not experience any resort activities, nor were we offered any. We hired a scooter for a day, directly at the hotel, at the cost of 300baht. This was a fantastic way to go exploring! Food at the restaurant was very good, although not necessarily fine dining by western standards. Occasionally, some dishes would be unavailable due to missing ingredients, such as avocados - but I guess that is how it is to live on an island!  Otherwise a fantastic stay, with staff that really try their hardest for you. It was lovely.
